Start scanning request failed: error

Hi, since the time intiface moved to intiface central i have been unable to connect my keon to my pc via intiface. Everytime i scan for devices it give me: Start scanning request failed: Error code HRESULT 0x800710DF message: device is not ready to be used. I would greatly appreciate any help you fine people could give me as i have been struggling with this for so many months now and my keon is basicaly useless without intiface.

In case you never fixed this, or anyone else runs into it. What happened with me was that I forgot to turn my computer’s Bluetooth on, that immediately fixed it.

oh wow it actualy was bluetooth turned off. Thank you so much. You would think it would be somehing absolutely trivial but no xD
