Hey, keon & powerblow aussie guy here, after trying a fair few paid sites and being appalled at feelconnect, i stumbled across this via GitHub and first… what a great forum and community.
As a homebound disabled person this has been a godsend.
The question at hand. what does the tag ‘len’ mean?
p.s: can anyone help with powerblow stuff??? i have a few ‘‘repeat’’ scripts in feelconnect via my phone and Bluetooth but would love proper sync. cheers
Hello, welcome to the community!
“len” in tags is short for length, the numbers are the range of minutes the script/video is. 0-5 minutes, 5-10 minutes, and so on. not everyone uses them, but they can be helpful.
as for powerblow content, I’m only experienced with scripting on the Handy device, but hopefully someone else can help you with that here.
welcome again!
Y_D
cheers, hindsight seems like a silly question! I’m working my way around.
I have found intiface and scriptplayer and finding it easiest to have everything local in folders. Will eventually dive into paid and new devices as I’m quite good with my 3d printer
len-0-5 should be deleted idk why it still exists
Annoyed me quite a bit when I was mass-assigning them yesterday (and ran out of edits lol)
I usually try to find the timestamp on the vid. don’t like anything under 5 personally but I have yet to venture far from real actress scenes.
thankyou for your work, I will give it a go soon.
I have yet to venture into real actress scenes lol
Mostly animation and games (yes we do have games) Game mod
I guess you gonna want the best build which is
- SR6 with Twist, T-Valve, strong quiet servos ($450, $300 of that is just servos) - basically only 6-axis on the market, you may make it yourself if you’re into that
- Quest 3 - $500 - infinitely more immersive then a screen, even for flat vids
- Hands-free mount - $120 - you can’t jist hold multi-axis robot in hands, you gonna need a Vesa mount. Generally it’s a desk mount, but if you prefer your bed to tge chair a it’s a monitor hand or some other contraption
- Fleshlight - $100 - default sleeve for OSR devices. Won’t say anything about quality (I don’t have one) but you need it for the baseline
P.S; looked them up…dammit … I thought I chose well in kiiroo LOL.
Whom do I talk too for questions and more info than just a webpage?
I have Musculoskeletal dysfunction. VR is impossible as I can’t put a headpiece on, even brushing teeth is assisted.
I Purchased the kiiroo as is was android supported, mountable, easily cleaned and charged and the powerblow was epic at the time, 100% don’t wish to lose a vacuum feature.
I will pay whatever is needed to get features applicable. Thankyou so much for the heads up
Well, you basically came to the only place in the internet that has multi-axis scripts, what did you expect lol?
There are three general SR6 brands I remember atm, FunOSR, CraftyHandy and osrmarket, check them all I guess?
CraftyHandy does seem to have the DIY version
Found craftyhandy, funosr, yourhobbiescustomized & osrmarket. What do I look out for do you think?
mount and vacuum are very high on the list. Torque too, I like the random jerks and quick movements.
Welcome! I’m not supposed to reply but welcome!
With all due respect to your disability, I’d say that you chose well. I would steer you away from the SR6 personally. The SR6 and OSR2 have setup steps that require fine motor skills. I’m a seller of OSR2+s and I this is something I’d definitely call out if you were an interested customer. The last thing I want is someone to be disappointed in a purchase.
Welcome!
I’d echo g90ak here with regards to the SR6/OSR2 having quite a bit of fine motor/small object setting up involved - though I do see you mentioned you have a 3D-printer already, which the techniques involved in maintaining that (changing out filament, replacing nozzles, etc) are quite similar. So I suppose it would depend on how specifically your disability affects your movements. If it’s just related to getting items near/above head-height that you have difficulty with, and not say turning a screwdriver or connecting up small wires you might be able to make it work?
I would say for sure that the Kiiroo is absolutely a decent option, and seeing as it’s a workable solution already for you IMO you wouldn’t gain enough by switching to make it worthwhile - the novelty of the multi-axis stuff wears off quite quickly in my experience, and it’s definitely a pain both getting everything adjusted initially to start with and when things don’t work right (should a servo burn out it’s a whole process and a half replacing it, especially on SR6).
not sure how to tag but thankyou for your perspective g90 and kid. I wont go into detail [not after a pity party] but I’m ok ish with my fingers most days and pain meds. I have 3 printers for various tasks to keep me busy. my home is slightly modified but if I need to go out, its a chair. I’m very shaky soldering but I can do it, electronics scare me but I can do handyman type stuff. I print a lot of assistance things and can do simple cad work.
anyways, most joints are limited but i type on a chunky standard keyboard, mx master mouse. I have assistance in the home a few times a week.
Soldering that small stuff is probably out of the question… putting one together. Maybe, using it, you’d be surprised what determination can make happen!
without being graphic a pillow and my desk hold the Keon but emotionally the more real I can make this the better. escorts are expensive and I get get 1 subsidised visit per year…
you have no idea what this site has done to me… I haven’t been very productive
Welcome, and we’re very happy to have you here!
Among being just another guy on the site, I’m also part of the EroScripts Community Events team. Since you’re new here, I’m going to tell you that, even if it’s not today, eventually you’re going to think about making your own scripts. An important aspect of our mission with the Community Events is to get members interested in scripting and help them develop their abilities. Please allow me to shamelessly promote our latest event which we designed, among other things, to help new scripters learn directly from each other.
Since you’re interested in devices other than the Keon and Powerblow, let me also add that participation in the above event will earn you a discount on the new FunSR1 2.0 with Twist Module and hands free mount (I’m not associated with FunOSR btw). As @g90ak and @ARandomKid1 mentioned above, multi-axis has the potential to get frustrating especially if a physical disability is involved. I started with the RealTouch (RIP), then the Fleshlight Launch, the Handy, FunSR1 1.0, and now FunSR1 2.0. I’ve played around with an SR6, but I have yet to find a setup for it that works for me personally. The Handy and FunSR1 however have both served me well. If for any reason you want to use the FunSR1 2.0 without the twist module, it’s relatively easy to switch it out and use it entirely single axis with the Handy style sleeve mount.
I’ll also add that I use the Handy and FunSR1 with an entirely hands free setup while lying/sitting in bed. If you need help with that kind of setup, just let me know.
In closing, it’s great to meet you, and I hope you enjoy your time at EroScripts!
