I’ve been emailing tech support for my syncbot, and am not even getting an automated response. Anyone else out there able to talk to them?
Their discord seems to be alive and people get responses in the general-support channel in the tech support section. Try there.
Syncbot since a few months after their release have been apparently horrible at doing any after sales support according to other posts on here. So I wouldn’t hold out hopes for an good resolution.
