I’ve had Syncbot for about a year and am overall happy with it.
Recently got into VR, and the Syncplayer now has VR support (beta I think??).
Anyway, it worked AWESOME for about a month using the Quest 2 and Hereosphere. I could lay on my bed and control the syncbot/syncplayer through the quest.
Then it just randomly stopped working in VR mode. If I set it to 2D mode it works fine, but I can no longer control it with the Quest. Very disappointing.
More disappointing is that the manufacturer is NOT RESPONDING TO EMAILS. I’ve sent at least two separate emails.
Any suggestions?
