What I don’t understand is why you have to go through all this trouble with the software to ask for it! I bought the device and I can’t get the software easily. By default they ship with an old version and then you have to ask them for the latest version. What is the point of this? Why don’t they put it on the website or send you a download link after registration like all other manufacturers who don’t want to release the software only if you have the hardware? I think that’s pretty infuriating for a device at this price point.

If youre talking about the syncplayer, i got an email once the item shipped and it has the links for the syncplayer that can be updated.
the only email I got was a reciept. Never got a tracking number or anything, but it was fast delivery I think maybe 3 days.

Ok this morning I wake up to emails for the syncplayer and syncbrowser, but no fun2sync. I immediately wrote a semi harsh message here. then my browser updated and the DM came in for the fun2sync. I apologize if anyone read my message before I edited to this. Thanks for the link. I really hope this works out because I only bought this thing for its capability of playing scripts. So now Im off to review the syncbot on trustpilot so that I may get the syncbrowser. Figured I might mention that to anyone that wants to get the browser you have to review the syncbot first and then they will send the browser. Then after they send the browser they ask that you come back and update after you use all the software. Personally Ill let you all know this seems like a lot of work for sex toy software.
Edit number 2 trustpilot wants you to sign “by submitting this review, you confirm its based on a genuine experience, and you haven’t received an incentive to write it.” Ummm you wont give me the software till I write a review, this software is advertised on your website to be used to watch any video and the syncbot will respond. Nowhere was it advertised that I must ask for the software. I believe this qualifies as an incentive for the review and I am not comfortable with that.

They are very slow to respond since that was my experience when i ordered mine. But what you said about them requiring a trustpilot review is definitely false. I never had a trustpilot nor made any trustpilot review ever and like i said, i just got an email to them with the syncplayer etc the night before my package is out for shipping. Also i agree with fun2script. Imo, fun2script should be part of the google drive link thst you get along with the syncplayer etc
