Hi everyone!!
The handy works well for 1-10 minutes. Then I can pause, change movie, etc. and the script syncs fine. But then after a while the handy continues to follow the same script even if I pause, stop movies or change movies. I have to cut the power for it to stop.
It’s like the handy stops communicating with the video player. I have had this problem for the last few days, otherwise it has worked almost flawlessly for several years.
After the problems occurred, I have:
Updated my router, also my other router (both worked fine with the handy before, now the same problem on both routers).
I updated the handy to the latest firmwire (had an older firmware when the problems started), also the app is updated.
I have changed the handy connection key.
Reset the handy to “factory settings” in the app.
What else is there to try?
Is it possible to do a real factory reset, would that help?
I have heresphere om my pc, streaming to my pico 4 (pico connect).
And i have the same problem when using script player on my pc for flat movies…

I have this issue as well but it’s very rare. It only seems to happen if I pause/unpause the video repeatedly. I normally just unplug and reconnect quickly so it isn’t a hassle, but interested to know the cause. (script player)
Same here. Rarely happens and when it does its always because I keep pausing the video repeatedly.
Might be the API Limit
The Handy limits the number of commands you can send to the Handy per minute (don’t know the exact number)
