Big oof! I was looking for a new site for a lifetime sub. I really feel like I’ve gotten a lot out of the few that I’ve had for 4+ years. I’m glad I’m not on any of this networks sites.
I was able to download to a pc via the Play’a app for awhile but now they never finish totally downloading. not sure why.
VRC has limited their DL capacity extremely (both on site and in app) for me recently, downloads are slow (<4mbps) and often fail. Used to be much better than VRB before.
Idk wtf they’re thinking, but I can no longer vote with my wallet.

Have you tried using a tool like yt-dlp and passing your account cookies with it? DM me if you want me to see if I can make a simple python script to download the videos for you. I don’t have an account so can’t test for sure but I know I was able to get it to work with SLR a while ago.
For VRB I’ve been using the dvick plugin linked by ruffryder93 above, and it’s been working well. Otherwise, there is this browser console command:
__NUXT__.state.videos.video.downLoadVideoListForFront
that reveals the links if you Inspect the page.
I’ve also been one of the lucky ones who (for the most part) don’t have an issue downloading the videos in the Play’a app (I think I’ve only had a DL fail one single time out of all the times I tried). I’d just rather forget the app if the browser methods can work. I’ve got a lifetime sub to both VRB and VRConk as well, that I bought long before this whole mess started.
Interesting they haven’t done this to VRPorn.com yet. Guess they don’t care about downloading old content… Yet…
Made a userscript version of the fantastic extension. The extension is great, userscripts are just simpler, more universal; an extension seemed like overkill to me when a userscript works fine.

I broke and added another userscript to block their ads to other sites within search results, they annoyed me Block Ads

The download works perfectly! Thank You! I was able to get adblocking working on mac for a second, but for some reason cannot get it to work on windows, using firefox and Tampermonkey. Any advise before I go trying other browsers?
Edit: dosent seem to work on mac firefox either.
VRC and VRB have disabled right clicks on most of the site, so even if the download button is there, there is no longer the ability to copy links and bypass direct downloads. also means there is no way of using the inspect element exploit.
Just hit Ctrl + Shift + I on your keyboard to open those up, you don’t have to use right-click to access what inspect pulls up. (So this actually didn’t work as a hotkey on their site since they’re blocking it via disableDevtools.js, but I could still access it via Google Chrome’s “Three Vertical Dots” Menu → “More Tools” by the bottom → “Developer Tools”)

Opening the Developer Tools in an empty tab before going to the site also works.

This has been a great help - thanks for the work! I did notice it doesn’t work on BlowVR for some reason - the other sites are fine. I did check the script and it is being applied to BlowVR so there must be some minor difference.
Just a heads up to everyone that the browser extension posted above had been updated by its creator to support VRConk and BlowVR.

I noticed that the VRBANGERS has a tab for “new” site called VR SMASH (seems like another conglomerate site for VR vids… does anyone know if VRBANGERS owns this VR SMASH??? is downloading allowed on VR SMASH ?? is there a limit to downloads?? SexLikeReal has lowered the download limit way to low now which is super irritating to me and seems so petty. I would consider this VR Smash if they allow more downloads. Vr Porn seems to allow a significant larger daily download limit and SLR made their limit for a 72 hour period so you have to wait potentially 3 days to download again. which totally sucks.
