What's the limit for the 'Loli' tag?

Nice, I will have a look :+1:

last warning, stay on topic or im gonna start handing out suspensions

If someone thinks that is realistic, they need to get their eyes checked.
Sure, the artstyle isn’t super deformed, but this is leagues more uncanny than what people have made with Blender, SFM or VaM.

I guess the question becomes that should realism be treated as “anything that isn’t a cartoon” or “something that at a glance could fool someone into thinking it’s real.”
If the answer here is the former, then it’s banned. If the answer is the latter, then it shouldn’t be banned.

If you go by the law in the US, then it’s really simple. If there are actual children involved, it is and should be illegal. Otherwise, it is and should be legal. So it doesn’t matter how realistic the animation is, unless we get to a point where you actually can’t tell, at which point some kind of regulatory framework would be required to ensure something is simulated rather than real. But we’re quite a ways from that at this point in time.

I wasn’t asking in terms of general ethics and morals, but in terms of Eroscript rules.

Is there a way to make it so these tags don’t appear? I don’t care what the “lore” is, it’s cope for CP.

Go to your preferences, then tracking and there is a tag exclusion area. Only works when things are tagged properly but most folks do a good job with it.

In the UK it is illegal (https://www.quora.com/Is-viewing-lolicon-legal-in-the-UK-I-know-that-owning-it-is-illegal-in-the-UK), and to be honest I am becoming increasingly disturbed by some of the content that has been posted on here recently.

I don’t think there should be any place for it here on Eroscripts, and I am getting close to deleting my account because of it.

Also, if I was the owner of this site I would be very worried about the content being brought to the attention of the hosting site or local police. In fact by allowing loli content you are in breach of your hosting companies terms and conditions (I’ve just looked it up).

It’s a never ending controversial subject.

Some people say that no real life kids were harmed and loli characters aren’t real.

Some say they resemble real life kids.

So I usually follow the site rules whenever I really need to post a loli content. This time, the moderators said that I can upload, but it can be deleted depending on how the moderators react to it. So I decided not to.

But with non realistic 2d anime characters? It’s really hard for me to feel guilty out of it. It’s just a different being from a two dimensional world. They just have humanoid features and that’s it. This subject can be really vague sometimes. How about short slender women who even looks young? (Asian trait) How about a shortstack character? How about a fully grown character that has a mind of a 5 year old? It’s too complicated to continue this discussion.

I will just follow the the site rules to make this simple. I really shouldn’t be bringing out subjects like this in near future.

Sorry for those who were offended by this question or the contents. I just wanted to make sure.

I mean even pretty slender young looking women still look like women, in real life.

Imo the limit is pretty easy to get : if it looks like a kid, people taking interest in that content are attracted to kids, so promoting the content is basically giving people attracted to kids what they wanna see, which, to me, is just another word for involvement in that kind of crime. Lore is a b*ullshit excuse.

I saw such content yesterday, I didn’t know you could ban some tags in your preferences. It is now done, but let’s be honest, that post was clearly promoting illegal content and behaviours.

It kinda makes me sad that such stuff is on this website. I am clearly not a big contributor, having done very few scripts myself, but this endangers both this site, and most importantly real life people.

I think I know which one you were talking about. That title literally mentioned ‘crime’?

Yeah that one was little fishy.

But I am on the side where if someone is crazy enough to harm a child, they would do it anyway. Even without a loli content.

Like gun violence happening because of the person, not because of Call of Duty.

Maybe it’s just my idea since I didn’t really felt any attraction towards real life people for a long time?

Idk I don’t remember the title, but maybe.

And you might be right, I only have knowledge in law stuff, not in psychology or psychiatry, but watching such content is a crime in itself in many countries so…

Anyway, I’m glad such an important contributor came up with this debate, so we may know better how people feel about it, even tho the question is reaaally easy to answer to imo

Legality on this issue differs across the globe. Check your local legislations.

Is there any terms that prohibits this? I am very concerned if it is.

Note “depicting” as the key word.

This is going to be super confusing. Since fictional characters can just get away with this if the creator says “This character is 19 years old”. There is no way to find out if this is a lie or not since it’s a drawing.

I think this is how Japan gets away from it.

This do raise a few concerns though I see the language as quite ambiguous.

See the following extract from the Citizen’s Guide To U.S. Federal Law On Child Pornography (2015):

Visual depictions include photographs, videos, digital or computer generated images indistinguishable from an actual minor, and images created, adapted, or modified, but appear to depict an identifiable, actual minor.

“Depict” is used in this sentence. However it also specified that this image should be “indistinguishable from an actual minor”, or a depiction of “identifiable actual minor”. It would seem that the term don’t assume a “depiction” to be fictious, and that it needs to be narrowed down with “actual”.

That’s US law, we don’t all live there you know.

In the UK, if I click on one of the threads then I am breaking the Law, can be charged and placed on a sex offenders register for years, likely lose my job and all my friends.

There is no ambiguity there. It’s black and white.

We are about to hit an age-old discussion that’s been called off years ago.

This Is FASLE! by making this pedo-centric content more available you are plunging sick people DEEPER into their twisted fantasies. Think about it, every time a serial child molester is caught the police almost ALWAYS find tons of Kiddy content on their hard drives. If your logic was correct then the this would NEVER happen.

We could add a midget tag.
