What's up with the Keon?

The difference in performance between automatic and interactive mode is insane.

Automatic mode gives the impression that this is a very capable device. However, as soon as this device runs into anything other than blue sections of a heat map, it starts shortening and skipping strokes randomly.

It is unbelievable how bad the firmware side of this device handles things. Am I doing something wrong, or is this as good as it gets?

Edit: And Kiiroo refuses to provide any kind of support for interactive content regarding their device unless you are part of a content platform. Crazy. I’d have passed on the Keon if I knew this.

I honestly think The Handy and Keon are bad devices, but they seem to get a lot of love that I frankly don’t understand.

I bought an SR6, Keon started acting odd, and wasn’t happy with it. I think I need to make a new profile since I can’t find a way to change my name on here.
