Why my deoVR unable to play videos?

i can’t play some videos normaly, there audios indeed.
tried to use heresphere, works well. so what cause deoVR the problem and how can i fix it?
BTW im using quest2

Make sure to use Deovr 14.2 or higher. Otherwise check with DeoVR support team

As something for the future to know, if audio is playing but video is not then it’s a sign that the video’s codec is not compatible with the program or something is wrong with your graphics card. (likely isn’t this though)

The AV1 codec is not widely supported yet so keep that in mind if your downloading videos using that codec or re-encode to another codec.
