Handy sleeve alternatives

Have you tried the True Grip 2 inside out? If so, hows that compare? Also have you tried the Pod inside out?

Yes. True grip 2 inside out still had a lot of texture so very different. Will probably not try the pod inside out, I like the lack of texture and inside out makes the lube run away since there is no edge to keep it inside the sleeve.

Are you able to let the device continue stroking while cumming and is it soft enough to completely continue without stopping after orgasm

Yes.

The Pod was slipping out a lot if not strapped in really tight which was uncomfortable.

So I cut a piece of an old original handy sleeve, long enough to act as a buffer for the edge of the Pod:

Works pretty well, not perfect but stays put a lot better. I think it’s strange that these sleeves seem designed to move around in the strap.

I would like to try that sleeve, however I can’t justify the cost to the UK. After shipping and VAT it comes to 63.40 euros and that is after applying the 30% Valentines discount.

I was hoping that now The Handy is an established product and has been available for some time, they would have found a cheaper courier for their lower priced items.

I got the Pod a few days ago and have had around four sessions with it so far. I actually really like it. It does exactly what it’s meant to do—a stamina sleeve designed to help you last longer. Since there are no textures inside, it’s super smooth, which really helps with endurance. With other sleeves, the nubs made things pretty rough, especially when using PMV scripts with long strokes and high speeds, but the Pod’s smoothness makes that whole experience a lot more enjoyable. The fit itself is fine, though; it expands enough to accommodate my 6-inch length. One nice thing is that everything stays contained in the tip, which acts like a condom head. There’s also some mild stimulation as you enter that “chamber” at the top, which feels pretty nice.

As for the Pod’s downsides, it does slip around a bit in the strap. That said, for slower scripts, like slow BJ scripts, I think I’d prefer a True Grip 2 turned inside out since it provides better stimulation and feels better during slow and long strokes.

Overall, I’d rate it a 7.5/10. I’d love to see it be a bit longer and made with a better material, like the True Grip 2. I would recommend people to try it.

There is no foodgrade TPE granulate that can be heated up and put into a mold like a 3D-print right?

Someone said, Platinum Cure Silicone, but I have no idea what is that

Sounds like silicone not TPE?

I have no idea if silicone is TPE, just as Ive said

I got the POD and the Flow delivered yesterday and took them both for a spin. Other than the open versus closed ends, they were basically the same.

PRO: The lack of interior texture was exactly what I was looking for. I had abstained for a couple days, so I was worked up enough that I didn’t need the bumps and ridges to maintain interest.

CONs: Terrible overall design for use with a strap. There isn’t enough material to provide structural integrity unless it is supported by an erect penis at all times. Otherwise it slips out of the strap unless you tighten the strap so much that it shrinks the interior space and makes it too tight. Tried the original strap, the ProStrap, and an aftermarket elastic strap–none helped.

If you took the TrueGrip Gen2 and shaved off all the interior edges, ridges, and bumps plus a couple millimeters of interior wall you’d have this exact thing (minus the different ends).

I will probably mod something to make it stay in the strap because it did feel good, but, as a customer, I shouldn’t have to do that.

I would call both of these a downgrade from the TrueGrip Gen2. No interior texture is just different, not better or worse. But the loss of mass from the removed texture makes this significantly worse than the Gen2 when it comes to staying in the strap. This is partially mitigated by the lower price, but not enough. I would advise DO NOT BUY.
