There is no foodgrade TPE granulate that can be heated up and put into a mold like a 3D-print right?
Someone said, Platinum Cure Silicone, but I have no idea what is that
Sounds like silicone not TPE?
I have no idea if silicone is TPE, just as Ive said
I got the POD and the Flow delivered yesterday and took them both for a spin. Other than the open versus closed ends, they were basically the same.
PRO: The lack of interior texture was exactly what I was looking for. I had abstained for a couple days, so I was worked up enough that I didn’t need the bumps and ridges to maintain interest.
CONs: Terrible overall design for use with a strap. There isn’t enough material to provide structural integrity unless it is supported by an erect penis at all times. Otherwise it slips out of the strap unless you tighten the strap so much that it shrinks the interior space and makes it too tight. Tried the original strap, the ProStrap, and an aftermarket elastic strap–none helped.
If you took the TrueGrip Gen2 and shaved off all the interior edges, ridges, and bumps plus a couple millimeters of interior wall you’d have this exact thing (minus the different ends).
I will probably mod something to make it stay in the strap because it did feel good, but, as a customer, I shouldn’t have to do that.
I would call both of these a downgrade from the TrueGrip Gen2. No interior texture is just different, not better or worse. But the loss of mass from the removed texture makes this significantly worse than the Gen2 when it comes to staying in the strap. This is partially mitigated by the lower price, but not enough. I would advise DO NOT BUY.
I recently searched for a low-stimulation sleeve and ordered a few on aliexpress and found one I liked: Männlicher Masturbator Cup Weiche Silikon Pussy Transparente Vagina Erwachsene Waren Ausdauer Übung Vakuum Tasche Tasse für Erwachsene Sex Spielzeug - AliExpress 66
There are different versions for differently intense stimulation. As said I was on the lookout for a low stimulation sleeve and took the “red” version.
Pros:
- Plastic casing that fits into the handy and can really be strapped in without applying extra pressure to the sleeve (not sure if that holds true for the original strap. I use the elastic handy pro strap)
- Price
- Lightweight (~250g including casing)
- Fairly long with 18cm (I guess the tunnel is about 16cm long)
- Retains lube pretty well despite being low stimulation
- One of the cleanest sessions I had with the handy compared to the original sleeves. With the og sleeves I usually have lube on the outside of the handy after the session. With this thing there was barely any.
- Hole in the top of the casing can be closed for suction effect
Cons:
- The hole in the casing is so small makes a whistling sound, especially for fast full strokes. It’s not necessarily louder than the handy itself but an additional sound source with a different sound that’s a bit sharper than the motor.
- Casing is fairly thin that I worry it might break sometime, but I didn’t have the thing long enough to really say
- If you’re bigger than 17-18cm and use the casing there is a hard wall ofc.
- Due to the shape of the casing it has to be strapped onto the handy more or less in the middle of the casing and that’s a bit too low IMO.
Overall it is exactly what I hoped for and especially for the price I can recommend it. If something happens with it over time I’ll update here.
Could you post a photo of it? The link isn’t working for me, trying to find the same one.
According to the specs the brand name is EMOTION TIDE but I really had to look for a brand name to find one.
Manufacturer Info:
Name:Shenzhen junshan Technology Co., Ltd
Address:Room 603,Building c,jinshuiwan Yuyuan,No.89 Yantian Road, Mingzhu Community, Yantian Street,Yantian District, Shenzhen
Email:junshan0930@163.com
Phone:15170097292
I think that’s all the infos I can give.
Honestly it looks pretty generic IMO but maybe you’ll find it with the brand name or manufacturer info and the fact there are the different versions of it.
Anyways here are some pictures as requested:
Ah perfect, thank you.
Received my MOD Sleeve Bundle from TheHandy/Ohdoki yesterday and gave them a spin.
Very early Second impressions, but here are some notes:
- The basic form factor follows the True Grip Gen 2 sleeve pretty closely. Its got a slightly raised hexagonal pattern on the outside (instead of Gen2’s “Y” pattern). Obviously they have different interiors from the Gen2 and there is some size difference.
- The size difference between the models is pretty dramatic.
The Mod Core is normal sleeve size.
The Mod Tight is very tiny–I am pretty average size across the board and I stretched this thing out width-wise significantly. So much so, in fact, that it impacted the ability of the Handy strap to retain the sleeve*. I think the stretching reduced the effectiveness of the strap retention ridges on the sleeve exterior and the extra force it took to enter the sleeve pushed the sleeve upwards out of the strap.
The Mod Long was actually a pleasant surprise. Its got some real girth and heft–just holding it in my hand was like “damn”. Again, I’m average so I expected to be swimming in this thing. But, because the nubs are so long, they covered the gap pretty well and there was no reduction in sensation. Of course that meant I felt more of the nub tops and less of the nub base so it was a different sensation.
- The interior texture is the same across all three sizes. Just different colors per size. Each nub is kind of like a bolt through a hex nut.
I did not particularly enjoy the texture though. It was kind of scratchy–like a bunch of pencil points being repeatedly dragged across your skin. I’m hoping they wear down over time. I’m even considering scissoring off the very ends of the nubs. On the second round I tried the Mod Core rightsideout and the nubs where still kind of distracting. More of the nub base was involved which gave it a somewhat “mechanical” feel–kind of like running a collection of assorted nuts and washers over your skin. I’m unsure whether this will grow on me or not.

Side note: I tried the Mod Core inside-out in hopes of a more subtle sensation and hoping that the dramatic nubs would help keep it in the strap.
Yes on the first–the slightly raised hex pattern did feel nice. Sort of smooth with a gentle corrugation effect. On the second round I tried the Mod Long inside-out–not great, resultant hole was too wide and it was like trying to sharpen a pencil in a tin can. The Mod Core (once secured) was decent. It didn’t have that pure smooth feeling of the POD sleeve but it was def less stimulating and allowed me to really build up excitement no matter the script stroke tempo.
No on the second though–using an elastic strap the nubs were too flexible and numerous for the strap to really grab onto*. Compressing the strap just compressed the nubs into the inside.
A second try with the original nonelastic Handy strap was a success though. Both the Mod Core and the Mod Long held in place fine while inside-out.
Early overall impression? I don’t regret the bundle purchase (discounted), but I think the Mod Tight won’t get much use. If I wanted to save money, I think I would have been satisfied with either the Mod Core or the Mod Long at the discounted beta price of $25 USD, but not at normal retail price of $39 USD.
[* I’m psychotically obsessed with retention. I fucking hate when the sleeve pops out of the strap. If you’re more forgiving, then it may be OK.]
Yeah, the additional cost on top of the sleeves are very hefty. I ordered a few sleeves from their Amazon US store and the postage was significantly cheaper. Worth considering.
Anyone have tips on maximizing the usage of a Gen 2 true grip?
Mine usually needs replacement after 3 months of 3-5 times usage per week. Basically the sleeve gets less soft, stretched out, and not as great as the first time. I generally try not to flip it inside out and just do a quick rinse of water and use a drying stick to absorb moisture.
My experience has been that most of the advice out there on extending the number of uses of your sleeves gets you barely marginal improvement. These sleeves are designed to be disposable and the only surefire way to extend their life is to not use them.
The method that I have settled on is “rotation”. That is, I rotate through my collection of sleeves. The older and/or less-favored sleeves have their pros so I can usually justify using them over the latest and/or greatest (for example, older worn down sleeves are great for extended sessions). This results in my only using my “favorite” sleeve once every 1-2 weeks. By only using it occasionally it becomes more of a “treat” or “reward” to pull it out for “special occasions”. This extends that “brand-new” experience out significantly–I have some sleeves that I love that are over 1 year old but still look and feel brand-new.
3 weeks update on the MOD Sleeves.
I tried them a couple more times but it just wasn’t a great texture and I had some recurring problems with keeping them in the strap. So they dropped out of the rotation.
Fastforward a couple weeks and, on a whim, I decided to give them another shot.
Meh, I was kind of into the scratchy feeling this time so it was working on the long strokes. Short strokes combined with the “fingernails” wasn’t great. I finished…and, in the end, thats what its there for.
Cleaning up after I noticed some odd blue nubbins scattered around the floor. Yup, you guessed it–the fucking blue texture dots have started to fall off already. There were two on the floor and another came off when I was washing the sleeve. I can see a couple more ready to go and a couple had been bent back under themselves and wont return to their original position. All around the base near the opening.
Badly designed and poorly constructed. I’m pretty much fed up with TheHandy sleeve collection.
The default sleeve felt fine at higher speeds and the gen2 felt pretty good. Every other handy sleeve I’ve tried, feels like a bad execution of a good idea. I thought it could’ve been a size issue on my part so I moved on. After reading this, I think it might be a quality issue.
Hi. Can anyone take a photo of the inside of the quickshot Mitland Ward. Inside out and inside out. I am interested in the relief and whether it is suitable for edging as well as Riley Reid ?
Are there any experience with this sleeve: Tomax Succubus?
Could be a nice fit for the Handy?

I ended up getting this, it’s actually pretty great if anyone else is looking for a super low stimulation sleeve. You barely feel the inside, exactly what I was looking for. So thank you to @HornyTomcat for the great find.
Looking for some sleeve recommendations for the sr2.0
