Long story short: I just contacted theHandy -support team because my THIRD replacement of the Handy 2 pro has charging issues (the first two did not charge, the third showed 100% all the time but suddenly died, and this one looks like it is similar to the two first) Previously one in the support team wrote how unlucky i was (on the 2nd replacement) and that only 3% of the devices had a charging error.
