How do you increase your endurance and duration?

Perhaps someone has already tried doing this and has had some success with it. How to increase endurance and duration of one session? Perhaps someone has developed an entire strategy with a systematic approach.

I don’t find intercourse/masturbation very satisfying because it ends rather quickly. I would like to increase this to at least 30-40 minutes per session.

Anti-depressants. When for some reason I forget to take them on a daily basis, I can barely last 10 minutes. With them, I can test my scripts easily for up to an hour. However, don’t take this as a recommendation, I do suffer from clinical depression regularly (which sucks) and I have a medical prescription to take them. Lasting long in sex is just a welcome side effect so I guess I’m lucky in that regard. Anti-depressants can absolutely kill your libido if you’re not careful though, so it’s not like you should take them without asking a doctor first. In some cases, doctors do prescribe some anti-depressants for men who suffer from premature ejaculation.

I’ve never answered this though it’s been asked a few times.

I have a technique where I intentionally dissociate and relax all my muscles. I release my pelvic floor muscles and focus on a point in the distance ignoring what’s on screen/VR lenses.
This does 2 things in fact.

  1. It puts my mind out of turned on mode and when successful I can buy myself longer and longer edging times. Longest I ever achieved was finishing ABZeros cock hero scripted by bek.

  2. If I successfully relax enough I can cum with no refractory period and keep going. I have only ever done this a couple times with the handy. Many times with just my hands. The handy makes it difficult.

There can be many reasons, a few common ones:

  • Age. Especialy when on the younger end, your body will be pushed to orgasm a lot faster, but as side benefit, you should be able to orgasm more often.
  • Extremely Horny. Being horny comes in several strengths, and especialy when being extremely eager, this hornyness might just make you orgasm faster. This is why especialy during the first few times of sex you cant even last 10s.
  • Getting used to it. This goes along with age: The older you get, the more you get used to. You learn your limits better, and have felt more ‘edges’.
  • The urge to resist. The closer you get and the more the urge to resist happens, the harder it becomes and this spirals quickly. If you want to last, you should stop the moment you notice the urge. Resistance is futile is truth here.

A few things that help

  • Edging: its realy practice against orgasming early.
  • Going for 2nd round. If you came early, pushing yourself for a second round can help at getting used to it. If your body knows you continue, it might adapt the next time. It will mainly help at staying hard after orgasm, or reducing the recovery time needed.
  • Telling your partner. If your partner is constantly trying to push you beyond your limit, it just doesnt help. If they know you want to last longer, they can pay attention to that. Good sex usualy doesnt happen in a single day, and communication (even just body language) is key for this. But if body language doesnt say enough, vocal hints help (both as in words, or moaning certain ways).

Good sex takes time to reach. And the longer together you are as a couple, the better you know each others limit, and because of ‘getting used to it’ you can already push further automaticly.

If you realy look into torture ways to last long, you might have to look at a nogasm device though. Thats a whole different level of lasting long (both pleasure and torture at the same time, with a random chance of an awful ruined orgam). Whether it helps at stamina training i dont know, but in this case it forcefully tries to get you to last (and is generaly more succesful than you are at trying to orgasm).
Downside: it requires an anal plug. Which might not be for everyone

mental gymnastics for me. I can go 30 min and i have to imagine stuff that turn me off and go back and forth. I usually have 3 or 4 in me before i call it quits. idk if you do THC but a 5mg eddie makes the experice much more enjoyable and i can last lot longer with that. Another thing is desenitising spray. There are a variety of exercises and devices out there that help you to last longer. Over time most of them will have some effect. The BIGGEST factor though is your mental state. Don’t just go in looking to nut. Set goals beforehand. Set stretch goals. If you can’t last through a pmv, find some short ones and tell yourself you’re gonna make it all the way through one of those. Over time you increase the duration of the goal. Another thing is, don’t tap out after your first orgasm. Take a minute or 2 rest if you must, but jump back in that ring. 2nd round is usually easier to last longer, and it conditions your mind/body into sessions lasting longer.

I’m the opposite lol, I’ve always been envious of people who can cum quickly. I suffered a lot from death grip syndrome as a teen. Don’t even know why, I didn’t used to jerk off aggressively or anything. I had the stamina of pornstar. Well one easy way to last longer with the Keon is to pay attention to how it can’t keep up with any haptic script of medium+ speed. It’s been over 2 years since i used mine, but i remember it being incredibly distracting every time it had to skip a stroke(or 2) because it was too slow.

If you ever upgrade to a Handy you can just turn the regular Generation 2 sleeve inside out for a much lower intensity sensation. TMI but i was able to have multiple orgasms for the first time in my life with this set up recently.

Arousal is one of the biggest factors in you orgasming early or in seconds. So as a result one of the best things you can do if you want to keep going without stopping or having an pause button to take breaks is to well…kill your arousal build-up via choosing something which has bits you like and bits you hate.
The other side if your are okay with having control to pause and stop is well… self control to properly edge. If you think your getting close, stop. Take 5 seconds then slowly masturbate again and find the feeling of yourself getting close again and stop again when you feel that your close than before. Rinse and repeat that and you should end up getting an idea for when your about to orgasm and once you learn that via repeating it over multiple sessions your officially edging properly. Limiting the stroke depth from 0-100 to 0-50 is a good place to start. Simple and good way that I’ve been able to last longer.

From my experience, in regular sex this is often not as helpful. Women can often see/hear when you are getting distracted. Sure, some might not care, but some do.

I think a very important thing to learn is to be able to give cues through moaning. Just the type of sound you make can indicate how close you are. Giving her the indication of slowing down, without you having to distract yourself. Just the breathing sounds alone can in some cases even be enough.

Women can do quite a bit during sex to increase/decrease pleasure. And its not bad to give them that control, women do like that, and even if you dont last as long, if they felt they have control, they wont care as they knew they caused you to go over the edge.


In the worst case if you are worried about being able to last long enough, you can go for a fallback: a dildo/vibrator/your tong. While you are resting a bit and prepare for round 2, you can at least stimulate her during this. The sounds she makes can make you capable of going for a 2nd round:

Try new positions, idealy the slightly awkward ones. If such position is harder, it might restrict how hard/fast you can go. Which can help at lasting longer. Sure, it can also do the opposite by being more intense. But experimenting here isnt a bad idea. Even if you didnt last one in a certain stance, the entire build up to the stance itself (and the imagination during it) does provide a lot of stimulation on its own, which if you have done it more often is a method to get used to it.


And a last thing: dont be afraid to watch porn. It might get you aroused, but even if you didnt have sex, its still practice. It can also teach your body that not every time you get aroused means you need to orgasm.
