Is there a way to play URLs and sync to a script?

Hi, I noticed in the funscript files there is a video_url property. Is it possible for ScriptPlayer or VLC to play that video automatically and sync it to a script? This would prevent having to download and save the videos

For example many scripts use PornHub links. Can a video player play that?

Alternatively, is there a way to sync a script to a browser by starting the script when any video on the page starts?
