Question about interactive subscription on SLR

So there is this new thing where you can buy subscription for SLR with all interactive scripts if you are a new user.

My question is: how does it exactly work? Can you download the videos and play them with scripts locally or do you have to stream the videos (I have a shitty internet)? And is it worth it to cancel my current subscription and buy a new one since you can’t upgrade your current subscription?
