Just a question: will it be possible to generate a funscript in the near future, just by inserting an audio and simultaneously being able to stroke a digital dildo? My mistress used to record audio`s for me and programmed a script for the audio by using a simple online Github tool. Unfortunately it is now gone and she is looking for an easy way to generate an accompanying script to her audio.
I tried inserting a blank mp4 with black screen and an audio track in it, but I don`t get any soundā¦

In terms of automatically generating funscripts from audio / virtual stroking - I have lots of ideas and designs for that sort of thing, but theyāre all pretty major projects in and of themselves, so I donāt know if Iāll ever get around to themā¦
As for not getting audio with your mp4 - thatās quite strange. The video player definitely plays audio properly in all of my testing. Which web browser are you using? Just FYI, you can also use a .mp3 audio file directly without having to use a blank-screen mp4.
If you use the arrow keys / buttons to change the slide amount, slide interval determines how much it changes by.
e.g. if your slide is at 50% and slide interval is at 10%, hitting the up arrow key will set your slide to 60%. If the slide interval was 20%, then hitting the up arrow key would have set slide to 70% instead.
Not exactly. āSlideā means stroke length, but itās the new term that the Handy team use. Since stroke length kinda just implies āmax stroke lengthā, but āslideā means āwhat area along the full length of the device does the slider moveā.
So āStroke Lengthā might be 50%, but āSlideā can be "30% - 80%, if that makes sense.
In the API, step tends to refer to an incremental change of slide or stroke speed. So you would āstepā stroke speed up, increasing it by 10%, for instance.
Also, just a heads up everyone, the new funscript.io beta site is currently down due to some hosting bullshit that Iām trying to resolve. I allow myself to post here because I have a problem with funscript.io
Like everyone else, I would like to be able to play my videos locally, without going through HandyFeeling (which has been working poorly lately).
But I open funscript.io, I enter my handy code, the manual and automatic modes work very well. But if I load an mp4 video and a funscript file, I get the message dowload handy but the screen remains black, no image is displayed and the handy does not start. The timing scrolls well, as if the video is playing, but nothing is displayed. I have tried with several browsers (chrome, edge, firefox) I get the same problem. I may have missed an operation, but after an hour of trying: failed.
Can you help me ?

This is probably because the video is h.265 encoded - these kinds of videos donāt play in web-based video players.
Does it work on handyfeeling.com? If so, then it would great if you can send me the video at [my username]@gmail.com so that I can investigate further, and if not, try re-encoding it with Handbrake.

I donāt think this is an encoding problem, I tried with about ten videos (some from PornHub and others uploaded here on eroscripts).
Otherwise yes on handyfeeling.com it works, except that their server gets stuck at times hence my desire to use funscript.io.
What is curious is that on funscript.io the automatic and manual modes work very well !! they pilot the handy without any problem.
On the other hand on Play Local Script my screen remains black, no video is displayed (despite the scrolling of the timing at the bottom) and the handy does not start, nothing happens, not a movement !!
The videos are on average more than 150 MB, impossible to send by email.
I will lean on Handbrake

If you want to check encoding on videos that work and those that donāt, you can use MediaInfoOnline - MediaInfo in your browser. You can see if there is a pattern regarding h264 and h265 encoding for instance. Also a high bitrate can affect performance.

Iām definitely super interested in videos that play on HandyFeeling but not on Funscript.io. Could you upload one of them to mega? What browser / OS are you using?
could funscript.io also speed up a clip i.e. it makes a 2min video x2 speed thus now a 1min video?

Do you mean that youād like a video playback speed modifier, kind of like on YouTube? Or are you saying you want a ādoublingā feature to make a script twice as intense?
Another feature request (for whenever it fits in the queue)ā¦ Automated Ramp!
Set duration (minutes), start and end speed (similar to Auto Mode), start and end stroke length, and some randomness (like manual mode). Include an option to stop once it reaches the target time/speed or to continue at that speed until manually stopped.
You can almost do this with Auto Mode but the 4 min max cycle time means itās only ramping up for 2 minutes. New feature should support longer times (up to 60 mins?).

Hey mate, for some reason my handy wonāt run the scripts on funscript anymore, I can control auto and manual modes and handy shows connected but it does not do anything when viewing video with script?
There were widespread issues with Handy connectivity yesterday. For most of the day I was not able to play scripts. Have you tried to run the sync test on handyfeeling? That would let you know if you are having problems with funscript.io or if you are still being affected by the issues from yesterday.
