The overall theme of Step-Sister’s Secret Relation is clearly leaning into a sweet and innocent fantasy, and that vibe is communicated right from the very first moment.

The packaging sets the tone immediately. It comes in a bright yellow box, featuring a cute blonde girl front and center. She is clearly meant to be the star of the show — the “step sister” this Onahip is inspired by. The artwork is nicely done, detailed without being busy, and very much in line with the playful, soft aesthetic the product is aiming for.

As usual, the box is well-designed and informative, showing all the standard details you’d expect: measurements, tunnel design, and general product information. Everything feels familiar and reassuring if you’ve handled similar products before.

Now… let’s see how the time with your step sister will be.

Once you open the box, she’s already waiting for you — carefully packed and ready to be unpacked. And honestly, let’s not make her wait too long.

Inside, you’ll find a small, skin-colored Onahip, and this is where it immediately separates itself from many others. Unlike larger models, which often feel bulky or dominant, Step-Sister’s Secret Relation is noticeably compact.

She weighs 2.1 kg (≈ 4.6 lbs), with a width of 19 cm (≈ 7.5 inches) and a length of 18 cm (≈ 7.1 inches). These measurements already tell you what kind of experience to expect: this is not a big, heavy Onahip like Cherry Hips or Three Ages. It’s intentionally smaller, lighter, and more approachable.

Taking a closer look, you’ll notice that the Onahip has a cone-shaped design, which is an interesting and slightly unusual choice. On the front, there’s a small belly button, a subtle detail that adds charm without drawing too much attention.

Turning her around reveals a small but very well-designed butt. It’s cute, round, and surprisingly expressive despite the compact form factor. The curves are soft and pleasant, proving that even a smaller Onahip can still deliver visually.

And then there’s the touch.

The skin feels very smooth, incredibly soft, and immediately pleasant to handle. You instantly notice how bouncy and jiggly she is. Squishing her feels responsive and satisfying — she compresses easily and springs back nicely. This is a soft, puffy, and very squishy Onahip, and I absolutely love that kind of design.

Squeezing her small hips or her little butt is genuinely fun and tactile, and the material really shines here.

That said, I do have one small critique.

While I enjoy the cute and innocent design, I do feel that the private parts are crafted a bit too simply. Even considering the much lower price point (99.95 € / $), comparable Onaholes in this range often show more detailed entry design.

Still, Step-Sister’s Secret Relation leaves a very positive first impression. It’s a cute, soft, and approachable small Onahip that knows exactly what style it’s going for — and for many, that will be a big part of its charm.

Innocent looks, playful design, and a whole lot of squish.

Quality & Build

The Step-Sister’s Secret Relation is built from a full TPE construction — no filling material, no foam core, no mixed layers. What you get here is pure TPE through and through, and that immediately explains both her softness and her weight.

At 2.1 kg (≈ 4.6 lbs), she is significantly lighter than larger Onahips like Cherry Hips at 6.1 kg (≈ 13.4 lbs) or Three Ages at 8.6 kg (≈ 19.0 lbs). This makes her much easier to handle, reposition, and store, especially for users who don’t want to deal with heavy, bulky toys.

Despite her small size and extremely jiggly nature, the overall build quality is honestly impressive. The skin looks clean and well-finished, without visual flaws or uneven areas. The walls feel thick enough, and during inspection I don’t see any obvious risk of tearing under normal, intended use.

The softness doesn’t come at the cost of stability either — the material rebounds nicely, keeps its shape, and feels durable despite being very squishy. This is exactly what you want from a small, lightweight Onahip.

Considering the very low price point of 99.95 € / $, this is where the product really shines. Most Onahips usually land somewhere in the 200–400 € / $ range, so getting this level of material quality at under 100 is genuinely impressive.

Because of that, the Step Sister clearly positions itself as a beginner-friendly Onahip — affordable, lightweight, easy to handle, and well-built enough to feel reassuring even for first-time buyers.

Texture

The Step-Sister’s Secret Relation comes with a dual-tunnel design, which is standard for an Onahip. In this section, I’ll go over both tunnels individually, highlighting their strengths, weaknesses, and how they differ in character.

Vaginal Tunnel

Let’s start with the vaginal tunnel, which is clearly the star of the show.

Based on my own measurements (I couldn’t find official tunnel length specs), the vaginal tunnel has a length of roughly ~14 cm (≈ 5.5 inches). This puts it right in a comfortable middle ground — not too short, but also not excessively long. That’s important, because overly long tunnels often make cleaning much more difficult.

Thanks to the very soft and flexible TPE, the tunnel can actually accommodate more than its measured length. Even if you’re on the longer side, there’s plenty of room without feeling restricted.

Texture-wise, this tunnel is very rich and well thought-out. From entry to end, it offers multiple zones with changing sensations:

The entry area is wider and features a ribbed texture, making entry easy and comfortable.
This is followed by a short section with small, soft knobs, easing you into the tunnel.
The first “gate” introduces larger, soft knobs — the intended G-spot structures.
The tunnel stays slightly tighter here, with another prominent soft knob surrounded by smaller textures.
After passing another noticeable “gate,” you reach the final chamber, which features a larger, soft structure as its centerpiece.

Altogether, this creates a tunnel with multiple zones, varying tightness, and excellent texture variety. The tunnel is also not straight — when used on the belly (doggy), it has a natural downward curve, which aligns very well with natural anatomy.

The interior is extremely soft, and the flexible material adapts easily. The tunnel “makes room” when needed, while still keeping the texture noticeable throughout. I do wish the G-spot knobs were either slightly firmer or a bit larger — they’re present and pleasant, but I would’ve loved a bit more definition. That said, they still provide a gentle, consistent massage.

The entry chamber feels welcoming, followed by a gradual tightening. This isn’t a “grippy” tightness — instead, it maintains a feeling of openness because of how soft and flexible the tunnel is. Fit feels natural and effortless.

What is very noticeable is the final gate before the last chamber. Passing through it adds a distinct sensation, and the larger structure in the end chamber hits exactly where it should. Intensity-wise, I’d describe this tunnel as medium. Despite being texture-rich, it never feels overwhelming or uncomfortable.

The balance here is excellent: stimulating, interesting, but never over the top. Moving through the entire tunnel feels engaging, and the end chamber delivers a deeply satisfying climax experience, especially due to its slightly wider design.

Only a moderate amount of lube is needed, and overall, this vaginal tunnel is simply fantastic.

Anal Tunnel

Let’s move on to the anal tunnel.

This tunnel measures roughly ~10 cm (≈ 3.9 inches), again based on self-measurement. It’s noticeably shorter than the vaginal tunnel and offers a very different experience.

The texture here is much simpler. Instead of multiple chambers, it uses a ring-like ribbed structure throughout the tunnel, with small soft knobs placed along the way. The entry is slightly wider to ease into it, but the tunnel tightens quickly toward the middle.

Overall, this tunnel is quite tight. While the material itself is still soft, the narrowness makes it feel significantly more intense than the vaginal tunnel. Compared directly, the texture feels a bit bland, but the tightness pushes intensity up noticeably — to the point where it can feel overstimulating, especially for longer sessions.

More lube is definitely needed here to keep things comfortable. Once properly lubricated, it becomes easier to use, and over time it does get more manageable.

From an intensity standpoint, I’d rate this tunnel as high. The climax can be very intense due to the narrow design, but even then, it doesn’t quite match the overall experience of the vaginal tunnel.

This tunnel is best suited for those who specifically enjoy a tight and intense experience. It works well as an occasional option, but it’s clearly not the main attraction here.

The vaginal tunnel clearly stands out. Its rich texture, varied tightness, soft and flexible design, and excellent climax experience make it genuinely impressive — not just within this product, but in general.

The anal tunnel, while offering contrast, falls behind. Simpler textures can work well, but the overall narrowness makes it too intense for extended use. It’s more of a “nice-to-have” option, something to explore briefly before returning to what this Onahip does best.

Personally, after testing both, I found myself using only the vaginal tunnel going forward. It’s simply too good not to.

Fitting, Handling & Positions

As usual, this section focuses on how well everything fits, how easy the product is to handle, and which positions work best with the Step-Sister’s Secret Relation.

Fitting

At this point it probably comes as no surprise: the Step Sister is extremely soft and flexible, and that makes fitting very easy overall.

The vaginal tunnel is easy to enter and shouldn’t pose any issues for most users — even with more girth. With a usable length of around ~14 cm (≈ 5.5 inches) and very forgiving material, it adapts well and comfortably makes room if needed. It’s also not overly tight, which helps it fit naturally without feeling restrictive.

The anal tunnel, on the other hand, is noticeably tighter. Entry is still possible, but it requires more lube and a bit more effort. With a length of about ~10 cm (≈ 3.9 inches), it’s clearly shorter, and the tightness is felt throughout the tunnel.

While the material is still flexible and does adapt, the snugness remains very present. If you have more girth, this tunnel may feel too tight and too intense. Personally, I think the anal tunnel is simply a bit too narrow for longer use.

Handling

With a weight of just 2.1 kg (≈ 4.6 lbs), the Step Sister is much lighter than most Onahips — and that massively improves handling.

Where full-sized hips can feel like a small workout to lift or reposition (especially in positions like cowgirl), the Step Sister is easy, light, and comfortable to handle. In many situations, she actually behaves more like a large Onahole than a traditional Onahip.

While the lower weight does make her feel less realistic compared to heavier models, it’s a clear trade-off — and one that strongly favors ease of use and flexibility.

Positions

Let’s go through how she performs in different positions, across standing, sitting, and laying use.

Missionary

Missionary works perfectly in standing mode. Both tunnels are easy to reach, and holding her feels very natural. You can grab her by the small hips or the belly, and the cone-shaped design helps keep her stable.

Handsfree use is possible here, and the soft, jiggly nature makes the experience very lively. She holds up well even at higher speeds.

In laying mode, missionary still works, but it’s not quite as smooth as with a bigger Onahip. Due to her small size, you end up compressing her a lot, which can make movement feel less fluid. Still usable — just not her strongest mode.

Overall: Missionary works very well, especially in standing mode.

Doggy

With a cute, jiggly butt like hers, doggy is an obvious highlight — and rightfully so.

Both tunnels are easy to access, and holding her while thrusting feels fantastic. Her soft, responsive build really shines here. She reacts beautifully, stays in place despite being light, and even allows handsfree use.

Because of the extremely soft TPE, you can really grab and squeeze her, and watching everything jiggle is genuinely fun. Standing doggy works better than kneeling and feels much more dynamic.

Overall: One of the best positions with her — easily a standout.

Cowgirl & Reverse Cowgirl

I’m grouping both cowgirl positions together, as they behave very similarly here.

Thanks to her low weight, cowgirl works exceptionally well. Lifting her up and down isn’t tiring at all — something that’s often a challenge with heavier Onahips. Here, it feels effortless.

She behaves almost like a bigger, heavier Onahole in this position. The soft, jiggly design shines again, especially in reverse cowgirl, where watching her small butt move is particularly enjoyable.

Using her laid on top of you while staying mostly passive doesn’t work as well — she’s simply too small for that kind of weight-based interaction. But actively lifting and moving her is where she excels.

Works equally well in sitting or laying use.

Overall: Fantastic position, and personally my favorite way to use her.

Spooning

Spooning works — but only in standing mode.

Turning her onto her side and using her like that feels good, and pressing her soft skin against you is pleasant. It also gives a slightly different visual angle, which is nice.

In laying mode, spooning isn’t really worth considering. She’s just too small for it, and larger Onahips handle this position far better.

Overall: Works nicely in standing mode, otherwise limited.

Fitting & Position Summary

As you can see, the Step Sister is very flexible, despite her smaller size. The lightweight design opens up a lot of possibilities, especially for positions that would normally be demanding with a heavier Onahip.

Sure, bigger Onahips look and feel more realistic — but they’re also much more demanding to handle. With the Step Sister, positions like cowgirl become easy and enjoyable, without fatigue.

Sitting use works especially well, and doggy is a clear highlight. Fitting is excellent for the vaginal tunnel, even with more girth. The anal tunnel is tighter and less forgiving, but still adds variety for those who enjoy a snug experience.

Overall, she’s easy to fit, easy to handle, and very versatile when it comes to positions.

Cleaning & Maintenance

The small size and soft, flexible design of the Step-Sister’s Secret Relation come with a major advantage compared to larger Onahips: cleaning is dramatically easier — and yes, I really mean much easier.

Big Onahips are fantastic. They look impressive, feel realistic, and can deliver a very immersive experience. But let’s be honest — they are also notorious for being hard to clean. Carrying them to the shower, handling their weight, and properly reaching deep tunnels can quickly turn cleanup into a chore.

The Step Sister avoids all of that.

Thanks to her compact form factor, she can easily be cleaned right in your sink. No heavy lifting, no awkward positioning. Simply place her under the tap, open the tunnels, and let any residue flow out naturally.

You can scrub the inside using your fingers without any trouble. With tunnel lengths of roughly ~14 cm (≈ 5.5 inches) and ~10 cm (≈ 3.9 inches), combined with the very flexible TPE, it’s easy to reach the end of both tunnels and clean them thoroughly.

Once rinsed, drying is just as straightforward:

Dry the outside gently with a microfiber cloth — tap dry, don’t rub, as rubbing can damage the skin.
For the inside, use a fresh, dry microfiber cloth and carefully dry the tunnels.
The flexibility of the material really helps here, making it easy to reach all areas.
The anal tunnel is a bit tighter, but still no problem to dry properly.

If needed, repeat the process, then let everything air dry completely before storing.

In practice, the Step Sister cleans very much like an Onahole. A dedicated Onahole shower (like a KYO Onahole Shower) isn’t necessary here. XTC microfiber sticks aren’t required either — though they can still be helpful, as always.

Overall, cleaning is easy, fast, and stress-free.

Storage is another big plus. Thanks to her small size, this cute little Onahip fits into almost any drawer. There’s no need for a toy sack or a dedicated storage bench. Privacy is also much easier to maintain — carrying or hiding a small Onahip is far simpler than dealing with a full-sized hip.

Maintenance in general is also less demanding. Of course, you should still follow the standard care routine: occasional toy cleaner use and a light dusting of powder when needed.

All things considered, this is an ideal Onahip for beginners, or for anyone who doesn’t want to spend 200 € / $ or more on a large model — and doesn’t want the added effort that comes with cleaning and storing one. You get a similar style of experience, without the price tag or maintenance workload.

Perfect beginner Onahip:
If you’re new to Onahips, don’t want to spend 200 € / $ or more, and are looking for something that’s easy to clean and store, the Step Sister is an excellent choice. She offers a great introduction to the Onahip experience without the usual drawbacks.
Enjoy the jiggly design:
Don’t be shy about interacting with her. Grab her, squeeze her, and enjoy how soft, bouncy, and reactive she is. Her material really comes alive when you engage with it.
Experiment with positions:
Try out different positions — she’s very flexible and forgiving. Cowgirl (and reverse cowgirl) work especially well thanks to her light weight, but doggy and standing positions are also fantastic.
Use both tunnels:
While the vaginal tunnel is clearly the highlight, the anal tunnel can still add some variety and enhance the overall experience if you enjoy a snugger option.

I’ll be honest — the Step Sister was a pleasant surprise for me.

Going into this review, I was a bit skeptical. I genuinely love bigger, heavier Onahips like the Cherry Hips or Three Ages, especially for their more realistic look and feel. But the Step Sister doesn’t try to replace those — instead, she exists perfectly alongside them.

Her biggest strength is how easy and comfortable she is to use. Handling is effortless, some positions become much easier, cleaning is incredibly fast, and storage is completely stress-free. In many ways, she feels like a bridge between an Onahole and a full-sized Onahip.

You get the ease of use and low maintenance of an Onahole, but with a bigger form factor, visual presence, and dual-tunnel design that clearly separates her from standard Onaholes. That combination works extremely well.

She’s an excellent beginner Onahip, and also a fantastic option if you want something bigger than an Onahole, without the cleaning and storage effort of a large Onahip. Her soft, jiggly design alone is reason enough for me to keep coming back to her from time to time.

Especially for a quick, low-effort session, she’s genuinely hard to beat.

A very good surprise — and one I’m glad I didn’t overlook.
