Hello everybody!
I want to share a review I’ve planning to do for some time.
This review covers the Gokusai Uterus Onahole, which happens to be my go-to Onahole. I’d like to provide a short yet detailed review for anyone searching for a quality product.
For this review, I will do something different from my previous ones. Each category will be rated on a scale from 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest score. At the end, I will provide an overall rating based on these individual scores.

Looks and aesthetics
Let’s start with the design. While aesthetics may be secondary to function, I believe a visually appealing Onahole enhances the overall experience. A well-designed product with a pleasant shape and semi-realistic appearance is always a plus.
This Onahole has an attractive, semi-realistic design, leaning towards an anime-inspired style rather than a fully realistic one. The packaging is also visually appealing and detailed. The uterus section at the end is color-contrasted in red, while the rest of the Onahole features the typical skin tone. The entry is well-detailed, with visible labia, and the overall shape is round. When flipped over, it even resembles a heart.
The vaginal entry is color-contrasted in pink, with intricate details such as the inner labia and clitoris. While it might appear as though there are two openings, there is only one.
The Onahole itself has very “innocent” look.

Quality
Being a Japanese product, you can expect high craftsmanship. The Onahole is made from thick, durable material that is resistant to tearing under normal use. The material is soft and stretchable, ensuring flexibility without compromising durability.
I expect this toy to last very long, because of it’s quality. The internal texture is also of high quality, ensuring a long lifespan.

Texture
One of the most important aspects of an Onahole is its internal texture. This one achieves a perfect balance—providing stimulation without being overwhelming. Many sleeves tend to overstimulate, particularly during climax, but this Onahole avoids that issue. Here you can see picture of the inner texture.
The tunnel begins wide at the entrance, gradually tightens, and ends with the uterus chamber. The uterus part is what makes that Onahole special. There is a little hole in the end that you can penetrate to get into the uterus. It is very noticeable when you penetrate it and adds some extra feeling to it. I think it’s a very nice gimmick and actually adds quite some sensation to the overall feeling. However, entry into the uterus may be difficult for those with larger girths. For average to standard girths, it should be no problem.

You can see that the fingertip goes in, which is around 2 - 3 cm. So that is what the depth of the uterus is.
The inner texture is soft yet grippy enough to provide stimulation without excessive tightness. It features small nubs, followed by ribbed tunnel sections.

After the hymen are some soft nobs, after that you get a ribbed tunnel texture.
The texture of the uterus itself is very soft and is very gliding.

Full points for the texture. I love the texture. Good stimulation, not overstimulating. Very soft inside. A well-balanced texture that provides stimulation without being overwhelming. The uterus feature adds an extra layer of pleasure.
Fitting
Fit varies depending on individual anatomy. For some it might be too tight, too wide, too short, too long. I can only talk for me personally.
I am overall very happy on how the Onahole fits. The entry is nice and wide, while after it, it gets more tight. You can really feel how it gets tighter and then opens up a bit. The uterus chamber adds another level of snugness.
As I said before, penetrating the uterus might be hard if you have a high girth. It can also be too tight for you after the entry. So if you have a really high girth, you probably should look for another wider Onahole. For every standard build men, it should be good and fit for you.
When using it, I don’t have the feeling of a strong “push-out” effect, making it ideal for use with devices. There a lots of Onaholes that have a strong “push-out” effect, which might be pleasurable, but for using it with a device, an Onahole that pushes you out, is a no-go.
The Onahole is long enough with a tunnel length of 12cm. This might be too short, if you are looking for a long Onahole where you can completely go in. But the Onahole is stretchable, so realistically you can add around 2cm of tunnel length. I personally think I can go deep enough into it. I always like it when you can go far into an Onahole / sleeve. It adds a lot to the immersion for me and overall feels way more pleasurable.

A great fit for average users. However, if you have a high girth, look for a wider Onahole. If you are really long and want to go fully in, look for a longer Onahole. Wide entry, tight tunnel, a bit more open after the tunnel, tight uterus. Very good mix in my opinion.
Use case with devices (FUNSR and Handy)
What is of course very interesting for us is, is this Onahole usable with our devices? I will go into the use with the FUNSR and Handy with this Onahole. I will do leave a rating, but these ratings are not included in the overall score since they pertain to device compatibility rather than the Onahole itself.
Let’s start with the Handy. Straight up, no. Don’t use with the Handy. This Onahole is too heavy. With 480g, the Handy is not capable of moving the Onahole properly. It works, yes. But it’s scuffed. It moves very slowly, can’t go full speed at all. Strapping is messy, because the Handy has a single strap system. The Onahole is also too big to properly strap it to the Handy. Overall it’s a safety risk to use this Onahole with the Handy. The strap might get loose during use and the risk of hurting your pal is way too high. So do not use with the Handy.
Handy: 
Not Recommended - (0/5)
Don’t use it with the Handy. It doesn’t fit and it can’t handle the weight. The risk of hurting yourself is too high.
With the FUNSR on the other hand, it’s a no brainer. It works great! I am using the Onahole wit the FUNSR1, not with the FUNSR1 2.0 (the one with twisting function). With the FUNSR1 2.0, I am only using a Fleshlight. The normal FUNSR1 is my Onahole device.
The FUNSR1 holds the Onahole very sturdy and secure. With the double strap system and the case around the Onahole, everything sits in place with no danger in getting loose. You can make it tight enough, but it’s also not too tight. If it’s too tight, you may have trouble entering.
The setup might be a bit of a hassle. I am doing it like this: Lube up the Onahole enough, strap it to the FUNSR1. I am using a standard monitor arm for a hands-free setup with the FUNSR1. You can tilt the plate, where you screw in the holds from the FUNSR1. I am tilting it back, so the lube doesn’t flow out. Getting warmed up, position yourself, set up the monitor correctly, tilt the monitor forward and slowly enter the Onahole. And then you are good to go. Takes a bit to figure out at first, but once you know how to do it, it’s no problem. You may find another better way on how to do it though.
The FUNSR1 can handle the weight of the Onahole with no problem. No problem with high intense scripts at all. Runs flawlessly. A true pleasure to use this Onahole with the FUNSR1.

Works Great! - (5/5)
Works flawlessly. Set up might be a bit of a hassle at first. But once you got it done, the experience is great. The Onahole securely gets strapped to the device and the device handles the weight without any problems.
Cleaning
Another important thing is how easily the Onahole is to clean. Once done, the initial cleaning is the same like with every other Onahole or sleeve. Hold under the sink, open it up a bit, let the water flow in. Now the stuff flows out. But to make a thoroughly cleaning, you have to turn the inside out. That is a bit tricky. Since the Onahole is so thick, it’s not easy to turn the inside out. Once you got it done, clean it by hand with water under the sink. Making sure all the lube is gone. Then drying it either with a towel or a paper towel. With paper towels, some paper might stick to the inside of the Onahole though. But it’s easily removeable.
It’s very important to make sure it’s properly dry from the inside to prevent any mold occurring. It’s also important to clean and dry the uterus thoroughly. This doesn’t part doesn’t get cleaned to easily, so you really have to clean and dry it by hand.
Once you cleaned everything from the inside, you put the inside back and clean it from the outside. Cleaning the outside is very easy. Once cleaned and dried, you can store it to dry enough place. It’s also a good idea to leave the Onahole out for a while so it gets air-dried.

3 points for the cleaning. It’s definitely a harder Onahole to clean, because the Onahole is so thick. Because of that, turning the inside out is more difficult. It’s very important to clean and dry it properly, especially the uterus part, to prevent any mold from occurring.
Tips and advice
Here are some general tips when it comes to the handling (refers to use with the FUNSR1):
- Make sure to use enough lube. The Onahole is a bit more tight.
- Make sure to strap it properly to the FUNSR1 and to place the case around it properly. Don’t make the straps too loose, otherwise the Onahole may slip out. Don’t strap it too tight, otherwise you will have trouble entering it and staying inside the Onahole.
- For additional safety, it might be a good idea to hold the bottom of your pal a bit, so your pal stays straight. By doing that, you make sure you don’t get pushed out. This is advisable if you are a build longer.
- Make sure to always clean and dry it properly after use. Let the Onahole air dry before storing.
Summary: Pros and Cons
The Gokusai Uterus Onahole is a very high quality Onahole. For that price, you will get a high quality and sturdy Onahole. The Onahole looks and feels very nice. The texture is stimulating, while avoiding overstimulation. The texture has nobs, following with a ribbed tunnel texture. In the end as an uterus, which you can penetrate. This adds a lot to the sensation of the Onahole and is very pleasurable penetrating, especially while using the Onahole with a device. Speaking of device, the Onahole works great and secure with the FUNSR1. You can strap it securely to it and the device can handle the weight without any problems. The Handy on the other hand, can’t handle this Onahole. It’s too big and heavy for it. The cleaning is a bit harder, because of it’s thickness.

This Onahole has become my favorite due to its quality and compatibility with the FUNSR1 and replaced all other Onaholes (I just have a few though) and sleeves for me. It’s also a great Onahole for the standard use without a device, but it’s much better with the device.
