:dollar_banknote: This review has been sponsored :dollar_banknote:

Hello everybody!

I’m very happy to share my fifth product review as part of my new partnership with Motsutoys (EU) / Onaholes (US)!

Motsutoys is a trusted online store that specializes in high-quality adult products, and I’m proud to be working with them through their affiliate program. A big thank you to them for this opportunity and for including me in their network — it means a lot!

The Brain Hacker DX just launched on September 17th, making it one of the freshest additions to the Motsutoys lineup. For the first time, I also recorded a short video to give you a closer look at the package, the unboxing, and the product itself — so you can get a real feel for what to expect right out of the box.

Today, I’ll be reviewing the next product they sent me to test:
:bullseye: Brain Hacker DX

:artist_palette: 1. Looks and Aesthetics

The Brain Hacker DX immediately stands out with a very unique and bold theme: it’s literally brain-themed. The Onahole itself is shaped to resemble a brain, complete with visible convolutions and intricate detailing. This is exactly why I personally enjoy Onaholes so much — they always come in creative and unusual designs, and this one pushes that idea to the next level.

The box art adds another layer of charm: a beautifully drawn demon/succubus character, clearly “belonging” to this brain, setting the mood right from the start. As expected from a Japanese brand, the presentation and the overall build quality are top-tier.

The Brain Hacker DX itself is made from soft TPE material in a natural skin color. It’s soft and squishy to the touch, yet not overly so — there’s a pleasant firmness underneath, which makes it feel both fun to squeeze and functional in use. The squishiness fits the brain theme perfectly, giving it a tactile sense that’s both unusual and fitting.

At 1.2 kg (about 2.65 lbs), this toy is on the heavier side. You can really feel its weight when you hold it, which in my opinion is a big plus — it gives the impression of solidity and premium quality.

While the theme is undoubtedly creative, it might not appeal to everyone. Some may find the “brain” concept a bit too out there. But for me, I find it cool, quirky, and refreshing — exactly the kind of uniqueness that makes Onaholes stand out from one another.

:star: Score: 5/5

:sparkles: A bold, brainy design that’s not afraid to stand out — strange, squishy, and surprisingly stylish.

:hammer_and_wrench: 2. Quality

From the very first impression, the Brain Hacker DX feels like a high-quality product. The material is soft TPE, skin-colored, and has just the right mix of squishiness and firmness. You immediately get the sense that this is a premium build, and it shows in every detail — from the solid weight (1.2 kg / 2.65 lbs) to the carefully designed textures.

The walls are thick enough to provide durability, so there’s no need to worry about it tearing or breaking during normal use. Unless you’re planning to use it with extreme roughness, this is a toy that feels like it will hold up well over time.

At 69.95 € / $, it’s definitely on the more expensive side compared to other Onaholes. But given the premium feel, solid weight, overall durability, detailed and unique design, it’s a case of getting what you pay for. It delivers the kind of quality that justifies the higher price tag.

:star: Score: 5/5

:sparkles: Solid, sturdy, and built to last — a premium Onahole that fully earns its price.

:thread: 3. Texture

One of the coolest details about the Brain Hacker DX is that every section has its own unique name, almost like a guided tour through the brain. You start with the Synaptic Entry, move into the Grey Matter Grind Zone, pass through the The Mindshaft, and finish with the deeper layers — The Cerebral Climax and The Amygdala Abyss to the last two sections Hypothalamic Grip and the Prefrontal Apex. This little touch adds a lot of charm and makes the Onahole stand out.

Inside, the material feels very soft, pleasant, and comfortable — a nice contrast to firmer Onaholes that can sometimes feel too intense. It offers a gentle, smooth ride that’s especially good for longer sessions. The softness helps you last longer, while still providing a noticeable texture, especially in the later penetration zones.

That said, the texture is subtle, and for users who already struggle to notice fine details inside an Onahole, it might feel a bit underwhelming at first. My own first impression was exactly that — I thought it might be too soft, even a little under-stimulating. But with repeated use, I started to really appreciate its character. Each session grew more pleasurable, and the softness began to shine as its strongest quality.

The deeper zones (The Mindshaft and The Cerebral Climax) are especially satisfying, and when you use the full length of the toy from beginning to end, it truly comes alive.

:backhand_index_pointing_right: The climax is the highlight here: soft, drawn-out, and incredibly pleasurable without ever crossing into overstimulation. It’s the kind of finish that leaves you feeling satisfied but not drained, making it easy to go for another round if you want.

:star: Score: 4.5/5

:sparkles: A soft, comfortable ride that gets better with time — climax is where it truly shines.

:puzzle_piece: 4. Fitting

At first glance, the entry might look tight, but don’t be fooled — thanks to the soft and squishy material, penetration is very easy. Especially when paired with a good lube like the OnaEki 370 (EU) / OnaEki 370 (US), the Brain Hacker DX becomes smooth and effortless to use. Even users with above-average girth won’t have issues fitting in, which makes it more versatile than you might expect from the design.

The internal canal has a slight downward path that guides you naturally through the Onahole. It feels intuitive, almost “anatomical,” and using the full length (18 cm / ~7.1 in) really brings out its best qualities. For those who are larger, the longer length makes this toy an especially good fit.

When it comes to handling, the size and weight (1.2 kg / 2.65 lbs) mean it behaves differently than smaller, one-hand Onaholes.

  • Sitting use: You’ll likely need both hands to hold it steady (circumference: 52 cm / ~ 20,47 in back-to-front, 40 cm / ~ 15,74 in top-to-bottom). This can be a slight downside if you’re used to browsing or clicking around with your free hand while using a toy.
  • Standing use: Here, it truly shines. It’s easy to hold with two hands for a more immersive experience, but also works surprisingly well with just one hand. Squishing it in standing mode adds a unique and fun element to the playstyle.

Overall, the fitting feels natural, comfortable, and enjoyable in every position.

:star: Score: 5/5

:sparkles: Fits naturally, adapts well to different sizes, and feels especially great in standing use.

:gear: 5. Use Case with Devices

When I first saw the size and weight of this Onahole, I honestly didn’t even plan to test the Brain Hacker DX with any devices. It looked far too heavy and bulky. But curiosity got the better of me — and I strapped it into the FUNSR1.

To my surprise, it works fantastically well. Thanks to the two-strap system, the Brain Hacker DX sits stable and secure, and its squishy material makes it easy to fit into the holder without struggle. The FUNSR1 handles the weight without breaking a sweat, even at higher speeds. In fact, the experience turned out to be immersive and intense — the Onahole presses into your lap with every stroke, which for me adds a lot of realism and pleasure.

With The Handy, however, there’s no chance. The single strap design just isn’t made for a toy of this weight and size.

Looking ahead to The Handy 2: I haven’t been able to test it yet, but my expectation is that it should work well with the double strap system. A single strap setup won’t be possible, but given the device’s stronger build, weight shouldn’t be an issue.

:star: Not rated (since this is about device compatibility, not the toy itself).

:sparkles: A real surprise hit with the FUNSR1 — immersive, stable, and incredibly fun.

6. :soap: Cleaning

As expected with a larger Onahole like the Brain Hacker DX, cleaning is a bit more involved than with standard-sized toys — but surprisingly, not as difficult as I first imagined.

Because of its size and weight, flipping it inside out (like you would with smaller Onaholes) simply isn’t possible. Cleaning it is more comparable to working with a torso or hip toy, just easier thanks to the softer and more flexible material.

The first rinse already removes most residue, and from there I use my fingers to gently scrub the inside and flush out the lube. With a non-sticky lube like OnaEki 370, this process works quickly and without issue.

Drying is where things get a bit trickier. The entry can easily be dried with a towel, but the deeper sections require more effort. I used a handy little trick: wrapping a towel around the shaft of a hairbrush and inserting it into the Onahole. This way, you can reach even the deepest parts and dry them thoroughly. After a good rub, check with your fingers whether it’s dry; if not, repeat until satisfied. Alternatively, you can wrap the towel around a pen.

Because the Brain Hacker DX is squishy, this method works surprisingly well. Still, it’s essential to pay special attention to the end chamber, as trapped moisture can lead to mold. To be safe, I always let the toy air dry overnight before storing it away.

Overall, cleaning and drying takes about 5–8 minutes — not as effortless as with smaller toys, but definitely manageable with the right approach.

:star: Score: 3/5

:sparkles: A bit more effort than usual, but nothing unmanageable — especially with the right cleaning tricks.

:light_bulb: Tips & Advice

The Brain Hacker DX can be a bit of a learning curve at first — especially due to its super squishy texture. Don’t be discouraged if the first session doesn’t fully click for you. This Onahole really shines with repeated use: the more you play, the more you’ll start to appreciate its soft, flexible feel.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Always use enough lube (non-sticky types like OnaEki 370 are highly recommended, both for comfort and easier cleanup).
  • Make use of the toy’s weight and size — it really comes alive in standing mode, where you can hold it with one or two hands and enjoy how it squishes back against you.
  • If you own a FUNSR1, definitely give it a go with the Brain Hacker DX. Properly strapped in, it works fantastically well and adds a whole new immersive dimension.
  • Looking ahead: if you plan to use it with the Handy 2, go for a double strap setup. That’s a solid piece of advice for big Onaholes in general.

Cleaning-wise, don’t forget the little trick:

  • Use the hairbrush method (wrapping a towel around a handle and inserting it to reach the deepest spots).
  • Let the Brain Hacker DX air dry overnight before storage to avoid any hidden moisture issues.

And last but not least:

  • Don’t underestimate the fun of just squishing it in your hands — it’s oddly satisfying!
  • Let the brainy theme fuel your imagination during play.
  • Oh, and don’t throw away the box — the artwork is way too good to end up in the trash.

:white_check_mark: Pros & :cross_mark: Cons

:white_check_mark: Pros

  • Premium build quality – soft, squishy material with a high-end finish.
  • Unique themed textures with fun, creative names (Synaptic Entry, Amygdala Abyss, etc.).
  • Soft and comfortable feel that never overstimulates, perfect for longer sessions.
  • Great climax sensation — gentle, pleasurable, and deeply satisfying.
  • Versatile fit — works well for different sizes, thanks to its squishiness and length (18cm).
  • Natural downward path design guides perfectly during penetration.
  • Fantastic in standing use — can be enjoyed one- or two-handed.
  • Device-friendly — surprisingly great with FUNSR1, secure with double straps.
  • Premium presentation — the box art is a keeper, not throwaway packaging.

:cross_mark: Cons

  • Higher price tag (€/$ 69.95) compared to many Onaholes.
  • Softer texture can feel underwhelming at first, especially if you prefer strong stimulation.
  • Bigger size makes one-handed use less practical (especially when browsing content).
  • Cleaning is more effort than smaller Onaholes; drying the deeper areas takes time.
  • Not compatible with the Handy (1st gen), Handy 2 requires double strap setup.

:brain: TL;DR – Final Verdict

The Brain Hacker DX is a true premium Onahole — bold, unique, and built with the quality you’d expect from a top Japanese brand. Its soft, squishy TPE creates an experience that stands apart from the firmer, more intense toys on the market. It may take a few sessions to fully appreciate, but once you “sync” with it, the gentle stimulation and never-overwhelming climax feel absolutely fantastic.

At €/$ 69.95, it’s on the pricier side, but you get your money’s worth in return: a hefty, 1.2 kg Onahole with excellent craftsmanship, unique design, and a creative theme that sets it apart from the rest. The weight, size, and squishiness make it incredibly fun to use — especially in standing mode or paired with a compatible device like the FUNSR1.

It’s not the easiest toy to clean and its softness might not suit those chasing strong, immediate stimulation. But for players who enjoy longer, immersive sessions with a premium feel, the Brain Hacker DX delivers in spades.

:light_bulb: Verdict: A premium, soft, and imaginative Onahole that rewards patience and delivers incredible value for those who embrace its unique style.

:glowing_star: Final Rating

The Brain Hacker DX stands out with its unique brain-inspired design, paired with the excellent build quality we’ve come to expect from a premium Japanese Onahole. Its soft, squishy texture may feel unusual at first, but once you get used to it, the toy rewards you with long, immersive sessions and an incredibly satisfying climax that never overwhelms.

:movie_camera: Video Showcase

To give you an even better impression of the Brain Hacker DX, I’ve recorded some short clips showing the toy in detail. From the box art and unboxing to the Onahole itself, you can see exactly how it looks and feels outside of just pictures and words. I think this gives a much clearer idea of its size, design, and unique texture.

Please note that the video quality isn’t the best, because I had to compress the videos to be under 8MB, in order to upload them here directly.
