Today, I have a pretty unique kind of Onahole to show you. This time, we are taking a look at the Midnight Prescription - The Forbidden Pill Pussy Onahole.

And yes, that name is quite long, so throughout the review, I will simply call it Pill.

A pill-based Onahole is definitely an interesting concept. It immediately stands out visually, it has a very clear theme, and it gives the whole product a fun little “forbidden prescription” vibe. Almost like a lewd doctor decided that today, you need a very, very close private inspection.

So, let’s open the prescription, take a closer look at the dosage, and see if Pill is just a fun gimmick — or if this is one treatment you might want to refill for a long time.

1. Looks & Aesthetics

Doctor’s Note: Small box, bright colors, suspicious prescription. The treatment already looks unusual before the first dose.

The box of the Pill is quite small, which immediately hints that we are dealing with a smaller Onahole here.

On the front of the box, we get the beautiful and sexy doctor who apparently prescribed this little pill to us. And honestly, if all doctors looked like that, I think a lot more people would be very motivated to attend their regular check-ups.

Jokes aside, the box itself is cute, compact, and does a good job presenting the theme of the product. It is not huge, not overly fancy, but it fits the idea very well.

After opening the box, you find the Pill inside.

And yes, it looks like a pill. What a surprise.

Just a little bigger.

One half of the Onahole is white, while the other half is yellow. The colors look really nice, strong, and bright, especially the yellow part. It gives the product a very clear and recognizable look, which is important for a themed Onahole like this.

The entry itself is just a small hole. So there is no vaginal entry, no anal entry, and no detailed sculpting here. It is simply a small opening at the end of the pill.

Overall, the design is very simple, but also quite effective. It brings the theme across in a good and playful way, and I think that is the most important part here. Not every Onahole needs to have a highly detailed body part design or a complex outer shape. Sometimes, a simple concept with a clear theme is enough.

And I think XTC Japan did exactly that here.

For some people, this might be a little too simple. If you prefer detailed entries, realistic designs, or a more premium-looking presentation, then the Pill will probably not impress you too much visually. But if you enjoy fun, quirky, and playful concepts, then this little prescription has its own charm.

So, to keep it short: The Pill looks exactly like what it wants to be. A small, bright, pill-themed Onahole with a simple but memorable design.

And yes, that was probably the shortest Looks & Aesthetics section I have ever written.

Do not get used to it.

2. Quality & Build

Clinical Observation: Small dosage, soft material, affordable prescription. The Pill may look simple, but the build quality is better than expected.

The Pill weighs 388 g / 0.86 lbs and has a total length of 15 cm / 5.91 inches, a width of 6 cm / 2.36 inches, and a circumference of 21 cm / 8.27 inches.

These measurements clearly show that the Pill belongs to the smaller Onahole category. It is compact, lightweight, and easy to handle. And with a price of 27.95 € / $27.95, it is also a very affordable Onahole.

The material is TPE, and I have to say, it feels really good. The TPE is very soft, pleasant to touch, and has a nice skin-like quality to it. Even though this is a cheaper Onahole, XTC Japan did an excellent job with the material quality here. It does not feel cheap, rough, or unpleasant at all.

The walls are also thick enough for normal use. The outer walls on the sides feel sturdy, and there is no real need to worry as long as you use the Pill normally and take care of it properly.

However, there is one area I would pay attention to: the wall at the end of the tunnel.

The internal tunnel length is around 13 cm / 5.12 inches, and depending on your size, the top wall at the end of the tunnel can get stretched quite a bit during use. If you are longer than the tunnel itself, you should definitely be a little careful here.

To be clear, the Pill does not feel overly fragile. It does not feel like it would tear after two uses or anything like that. But because of its smaller size and limited tunnel length, it is something you should keep in mind. With a compact Onahole like this, the material naturally has less room to work with.

At 388 g / 0.86 lbs, the Pill is also very lightweight. This makes it easy to manage, easy to hold, and generally very beginner-friendly in terms of handling. There is no heavy shell, no awkward shape, and no complicated design that gets in the way.

So overall, the Pill makes a very good impression in terms of quality and build. It is small, affordable, soft, and comfortable to hold. The TPE quality is surprisingly good for the price, and while the end of the tunnel deserves a bit of care during use, the overall build feels solid enough.

For a small and affordable prescription, this one feels more potent than expected.

3. Fitting & Handling

Private Consultation: The entrance is tight, the tunnel is more forgiving, and the handling is almost suspiciously easy.

The little hole in the Pill does look quite small.

And fitting into it is not always that easy.

Depending on your girth, you may need a little push and maybe a little more lube than usual. Smaller girth should have no real problem entering the Pill, while standard girth already needs a bit more pressure. If you are above average in girth, entering the Pill can be a bit more difficult, especially at the beginning.

Because the entry is more snug, the Pill also creates some suction. It is not extremely strong, but you can definitely notice it. There is a nice little pull at the entrance, which gives the first contact a more intense feeling than you might expect from such a small Onahole.

But there is also an interesting contrast between the tight entrance and the tunnel itself.

Once you are inside, the Pill opens up much more. You suddenly find yourself in a tunnel that accommodates your girth a lot better. It is still a little snug, but not overly tight. Snug enough that you can clearly feel it, but not so tight that it creates too much pressure.

The tunnel length is 13 cm / 5.12 inches, which is a little bit on the shorter side. And unlike some other Onaholes, the Pill does not accommodate your length quite as much. To some extent, yes, but if you are much longer than the tunnel itself, the Pill probably will not fit you completely.

I already mentioned this in the Quality & Build section, but the wall at the end of the tunnel is not overly stretchable. The Pill itself is a soft and flexible Onahole, but only to a certain extent.

For example, the Puffed Pussy Onahole also has a 13 cm / 5.12 inch tunnel, but that tunnel is much more flexible and may fit you completely, depending on your size of course. The Pill is different here. It feels more limited in how much it can stretch length-wise.

This can be an issue for some users, especially if you want deep penetration from an Onahole. If that is important to you, the shorter tunnel length and the less flexible end wall are definitely worth keeping in mind.

If you do not mind not fitting in completely length-wise, then this will probably not bother you too much. But overall, I would say the Pill leans more toward smaller users in general.

That does not mean standard size or standard girth will not work. It should still fit, but with some compromises. The entry may need a little more effort, and the tunnel length may not be enough for everyone.

Handling, however, is excellent.

The Pill is small, light, and fits perfectly into your hand. Because of its simple oval shape, it feels very natural to hold. There are no awkward corners, no strange grip issues, and no unnecessary design elements getting in the way.

It is also very easy to use with one hand. The lightweight build makes it comfortable to control, and the compact size makes the whole experience very simple and effortless.

So overall, the Pill is a bit more selective when it comes to fitting, especially in terms of length and entry tightness. But once you are inside, the tunnel feels more comfortable than the small entrance might suggest. Handling is where the Pill truly shines: small, light, easy, and very practical.

A compact prescription, best suited for users who fit the dosage.

4. Texture & Internal Structure

Treatment Plan: Four zones, one tunnel, and a very potent prescription from entry to finish.

The texture of the Pill already looks amazing in the pictures, and after checking the internal structure more closely, this is clearly where the product becomes much more interesting.

The Pill has a dense and highly textured tunnel where you do not just glide through an open space. Instead, you penetrate through the individual sections themselves. This is especially visible in the endoscope footage, where you can clearly see how structured and layered the tunnel actually is.

The tunnel is called Doctor’s Deep Dive and is separated into four different zones:

Proper Patient Portal:
A snug, welcoming entry that pulls you in and sets the tone for everything that follows.

Neural Nodule Nexus:
A textured nodule zone that stimulates every nerve with methodical, relentless precision.

Clinical Care Core:
A smoother, enveloping mid-section that sustains sensation and keeps you in the chair.

Final Finish Facility:
The terminal zone, tight and consuming, designed to finish the treatment before discharge.

The entry itself is quite snug, as already explained in the previous section. It holds you nicely and does not let you go too easily. This gives the beginning of the tunnel a noticeable grip and makes the first contact more intense.

Zone two features many knobs that surround you from different angles. This section is especially noticeable around the glans and creates a lot of stimulation early on. It is a very active zone, but the stimulation still stays surprisingly balanced. It is strong and noticeable, but it does not feel chaotic or rough.

Zone three is more like a gate-like structure with two larger knobs. This part separates the first half of the Pill from the second half and gives the tunnel a clear transition point. You can really feel that the structure changes here, which helps the internal design feel more varied.

Zone four is interesting because even though it is described as a tight finishing zone, I personally find it wider than the first half of the Pill. This yellow section features a larger knob at the end, which is covered with several smaller knobs. Depending on how you hold and angle the Pill, this part can be very noticeable and can stimulate specific parts of the glans quite well.

Overall, the internal design is very interesting.

You start with a tighter entry, then the tunnel widens, while the inside is covered with knobs in different shapes and variations. The gate-like structure separates the white and yellow parts of the Pill, and the yellow part feels a bit wider and more open compared to the first half.

In combination, this creates a very stimulating experience.

I would say the first half, the white half, is the part that carries most of the stimulation. It is more noticeable, more active, and more intense. The yellow part then rounds out the experience by being a little wider and giving the tunnel more breathing room. This contrast works surprisingly well.

From an intensity level, I would rate the Pill at +2 / 3, meaning it is very stimulating. It is intense, noticeable, and active, but not overly intense. It does not feel rough, and it does not feel overstimulating. Instead, it feels balanced, which seems to be the goal of the two-half structure.

The first half is more stimulating.

The second half is a little less aggressive.

Together, they create a very enjoyable rhythm.

Especially the first section feels fantastic and is very noticeable during use. Because of the stronger overall stimulation, the climax can also feel quite intense. The yellow part almost works like a release chamber, since it is a little wider and gives the experience a bit more space toward the end.

When it comes to lube, I would recommend using a little more than usual. The more texture an Onahole has, the more lube it often needs, and the Pill definitely benefits from some extra lube. This helps the tunnel feel smoother and keeps the stronger texture comfortable during longer use.

In terms of softness, I would rate the Pill at +1 / 3, meaning it is slightly on the firmer side. It is firm enough that you can clearly feel the texture, but not so firm that it becomes uncomfortable. I think XTC Japan found a very good balance here between softness, firmness, and intensity.

So overall, the Pill has a really strong internal structure. It is intense, noticeable, varied, and well-balanced. The contrast between the more stimulating white half and the slightly wider yellow half works very well, and the different knobs and zones give the tunnel a lot of personality.

This is easily the strongest part of the product.

5. Cleaning & Maintenance

Recovery Instructions: Flush, dry, air out, store away. Thankfully, this treatment has a very easy recovery phase.

A small Onahole like this is usually very easy to clean, and that is also the case with the Pill.

Once you are done, simply flush the inside under lukewarm water. Because the tunnel is quite short, cleaning is very simple and everything is easy to reach.

Very important: do not flip the inside out.

With the small entrance, flipping the tunnel inside out would most likely tear the entry, and it is also not needed at all. You can easily clean the entrance with your fingers, and because the tunnel itself is short, you can reach everything without much trouble.

After flushing it out, gently scrub the inside clean. Once that is done, dry the outside with a microfiber cloth.

For the inside, take a fresh microfiber cloth, wrap it around your finger, and gently dry the tunnel. This works really well, because the tunnel is short enough that you can reach every area without fighting the material.

Personally, I still use microfiber sticks, simply because they are more convenient and allow me to make sure everything is properly dry inside. But even without them, cleaning and drying the Pill is very manageable.

Once you are done, check if everything is dry and then let the Pill air dry long enough before storing it away. This is always important with TPE products, because moisture trapped inside the tunnel is something you definitely want to avoid.

The whole cleaning process takes around 5–6 minutes, which is really quick. There is no complicated structure to deal with from the outside, no deep tunnel that is hard to reach, and no difficult corners that make cleaning annoying.

It is basically as easy as it can be.

Maintenance is also very simple. An occasional deeper cleaning with a dedicated toy cleaner is recommended, and some occasional renewing powder can help keep the material feeling fresh and pleasant over time.

Storage is no problem either. Because the Pill is small and compact, it will fit into pretty much any drawer without taking up much space.

So overall, cleaning and maintenance are excellent. The Pill is quick to flush, easy to dry, simple to maintain, and very convenient to store. Just do not flip it inside out, give it enough time to air dry, and this little prescription is ready for the next refill.

6. Use Case with Devices

Device Compatibility Check: The Pill is small, light, and easy to mount — but high stroke length needs the right dosage.

Yes, the Pill does work with interactive devices.

Because of its size, form factor, and low weight, it is actually a very easy Onahole to use with devices. It is compact, simple to mount, and not heavy enough to create any major handling problems.

The Pill would even work well with the Handy 1, simply because the smaller form factor and lighter weight make it much easier for the device to handle.

With the Handy 2, there are also no real problems. The Pill should work perfectly fine, even with the single strap system. Because it is so light and compact, it sits securely enough, and the long sleeve holder is not needed here.

For the FUNSR PRO and FUNSR Mini, the answer is also yes — but with a bit more caution.

The Pill is smaller and not that long, while both FUNSR devices can have a very high stroke length. Because of that, there is a higher risk of slipping out during use, especially if the stroke length is set too high.

If you want to use the Pill with the FUNSR devices, I would recommend shortening the stroke length a bit, for example to around 80%. This should make the experience safer and more controlled, while still allowing the texture of the Pill to work properly.

So yes, the Pill can be used with the FUNSR PRO and FUNSR Mini, but it needs some adaptation. For these devices, a bigger and longer Onahole is probably the safer and more comfortable choice overall.

In short: the Pill works very well with devices like the Handy 1 and Handy 2, while the FUNSR devices need a slightly reduced stroke length to avoid slipping out.

A compact prescription that works well with machines — just do not overdose the stroke length.

Tips & Advice

Prescription Notes: Recommended dosage: enough lube, careful handling, and maybe do not take the name too literally.

The Pill is a really good beginner Onahole. It is affordable, easy to clean, simple to handle, and offers amazing stimulation for its size.
It is also perfect for a quick session. The stronger internal texture creates intense stimulation, while the small size makes cleanup fast and easy afterwards.
Use a little more lube than usual. Because the Pill has a more intense and highly textured tunnel, extra lube helps keep everything smooth and comfortable.
I would recommend using a more liquid lube, like Ona Eki 370. A thinner lube helps the texture come through more clearly and lets you feel the internal structure even better.
The Pill works well with interactive devices, especially because it is small and lightweight. With more powerful devices, like the FUNSR PRO or FUNSR Mini, you should be a bit more careful and reduce the overall stroke length to avoid slipping out.
Pay attention to the tunnel length. If you are much longer than the internal tunnel, do not force it too much, because the wall at the end is not endlessly stretchable.
After cleaning, always make sure the inside is properly dry before storing it away. It is easy to clean, but proper drying is still important.
And most importantly: do not swallow it.
It is too big, and the side effects would probably be very unpleasant.

Pros & Cons

At first glance, the design is simple. It looks like a pill, has a small entry, and does not try to impress with a detailed outer shape or realistic entrance. But once you get to the internal structure, the Pill becomes much more interesting.

The tunnel is the clear highlight here. It is dense, highly textured, and separated into different zones that create a lot of stimulation from entry to finish. The tighter white half carries most of the intensity, while the wider yellow half gives the experience a bit more balance and breathing room. This contrast works really well and makes the Pill feel more refined than expected.

It is definitely on the more intense side, but not in an uncomfortable way. The texture is strong and noticeable, especially around the glans, but it does not feel rough or overstimulating. Instead, the Pill finds a very good balance between intensity, softness, and control.

The Pill was a very interesting Onahole to test.

And yes, this little pill is highly addictive.

I was already interested in the Pill before testing it, simply because I find the theme very charming and fun. A pill-based Onahole is not something you see every day, and the whole “forbidden prescription” concept gives it a playful identity right from the start.

But the internal tunnel design also sparked my interest, and I was right in thinking that this would be a more intense Onahole.

What stood out to me the most is that the Pill does not just offer raw stimulation. It also offers contrast. The two parts of the tunnel feel very different from each other, and that is a really smart design choice.

The white half is tighter, more textured, and carries most of the stimulation. The yellow half is wider and gives the experience a little more breathing room. Together, they create a very enjoyable balance between intensity and comfort.

Thanks to that, the Pill offers a very interesting feeling. It is stimulating, noticeable, and clearly on the more intense side, but it does not feel rough or overwhelming. The texture is strong, but controlled.

I will definitely use it more.

The stimulation makes it perfect for a shorter session, and the very easy cleanup makes it even more convenient. Sometimes you do not need a huge or complicated Onahole. Sometimes a small, affordable, highly textured one is exactly what works best.

There are some size limitations, though.

If you are well above the tunnel length of 13 cm / 5.12 inches, be a little careful. The Pill is not as flexible as some other Onaholes when it comes to length. Other products may adapt more, while the Pill does not stretch quite as much, especially at the end of the tunnel.

Personally, I do not mind that too much, because the stimulation covers the important parts very well. But it is still something to keep in mind, especially if deep penetration is important to you.
