But in all seriousness the law and more often courts will ultimately fail to be non biased towards any morality that the masses propagate so to keep this beautifull site it would eventually happen. Right now we have an internal mod thread for voting on what we think.
I personally base my Loli barometer on if something clearly appears prepubescent. like in your examples I would probably define A as loli and B as not.
Ive said in another thread at some point. Small human and flat chest ≠ child. If it did piper perry would not be allowed to do porn.
I would say it primarily comes down to body proportions like head to body ratio (Obviously excluding chibi depictions).
I cant speak for how other moderators will vote but thats how I vote.

Isn’t that just the same as saying “lets all agree on one standard for what loli is and isn’t”? Which has been going around and around in here for the past 420 ish posts or so to the point where topic specific rules are now in place? (Since we were all clearly smoking something a bit too hard)
I think all of us voting on the same barometer defeats the purpose of voting.
We all as humans have different opinions and thats ok. What I consider loli is different than others and thats where this problem originates.
We all will vote in good faith. the mods regularly discuss these things together. I actually dont think any of the mods are anti-loli morally so I doubt we will be overzealous. and even so If I catch something I disagree with that wasnt voted on I will challenge it.

Also uh what does the term “oppai-loli” mean as I just seen a script topic have the oppai bit added to it?
Is it saying that the character is loli in every aspect other than their breasts so it’s not going to be banned? (If so why even leave it in instead of fully remove?)

If different moderators have different criteria for deletion, wouldn’t it be fair to say that there is no obligation to delete?

If the criteria for deletion is whether the character is prepubescent or not, I do not believe that “oppai loli” falls into this category.

In Japan, there are multiple definitions of the term Loli Babaa.
- It looks like a child on the outside. Their age ranges from tens to hundreds of years old.
- A child who talks and acts like an old woman (appearance and actual age are the same).
Some consider 1 as Loli Babaa and distinguish 2 as Noja Loli.
Noja" is one of the archaic endings in Japanese.
It is impossible to distinguish between “Loli Babaa” and “Noja Loli” by appearance, so you will have to read the story to find out.
