It’s completely fake, aliens and anthro furries will never be real. At that point you would have to ban all rape fantasy scripts and incest scripts. People’s consumption of cartoon porn does not mean they are attracted to the same things in real life. It’s a fake situation, with fake characters, and it’s the same arguement for violent video games. People had the same concerns porn forever ago. They thought people would become horn dogs and try to fuck all their teachers/sisters/mothers/nuns because that’s what is displayed and triggering their “carnal desire.” There’s been more than 1 study about these kinds of things and it really feels like the mods are simply banning it for reasons that could be easily fixed by having all loli/shota/beast content an opt-in setting by adding certain tags to the default blacklist. The website already has blacklisting for tags why wouldn’t that just be used? The criteria is also bad and could mean a lot of JAV scripts could be implicated.

one thing that concerns me is for example hmvs like by martoise where it’s many clearly above age characters and some that might not be in the video but no idea for sure because these are random characters idk about so if a video has one or two lolis in a video filled with non loli characters that kind of video might not be ok to post here anymore ofc those characters just look petite but idk cuz their age is unknown

Yep I have the same concerns as that but also for Mantis-X stuff since while they’ve always put the notice that their characters are 18+…anyone who takes a glance would slap the loli tag on them so I would not be surprised if they are removed.
On an side note the poll: VOTE to show your opinion on Loli/Shota Ban has pretty much doubled it’s voter’s now and while most of the results haven’t changed for the first few. The last few have become more clear in their results it seems. (People have done great thus far at just voting and not commenting in it too

I’ve been away for a bit but I do think an explanation is in order.
This was a very long discussion with the mod team (going on months)
We properly reviewed US law and considered how we should apply it.
We’ve been back and forth between a few options.
We had to decide between what we wanted and what would be doable.
What we wanted was to respect our users freedoms as much as the law would permit, but because the law is vague (it doesn’t define what an animated minor is)
It would be difficult to comply while also allowing loli content by name.
The original plan was that we would play it by ear and decide per post, but that isn’t really feasible.
I want everyone to know that this was not an easy decision.
There is a real life equivalent to a lot of fictional fetishes, but just because someone likes that fictional fetish does not mean they would be attracted to the real life counterpart.
For example: the closest real life equivalent to something like futanari/gynomorph, would be trans porn. But I can guarantee you that there are a plethora of people who love fictionalized futa/gynomorph porn, but absolutely want nothing to do with real life trans porn.
Another example is incest, most people into fictionalized incest, even fictionalized incest involving real life actors, have absolutely no interest in their irl family members.
And for a more simple example I definitely know plenty of people who are into gay/trap fictional artwork, but have 0 interest in irl men or irl trap/gay porn.

There were some posts with this tag that were really crossing a line, but I hope that content which doesn’t qualify for this won’t be caught in the crossfire and that creators won’t be discouraged to share their creations. And I also hope people will find an alternative hosting platform for this type of content.
Also, the fact that beastiality/furry videos are not discussed in the same light is downright absurd.
That’s all whatever. Just hypothetics. The law is purposefully vague and amorphous. I’m fine with this site not hosting loli content. We’re literally sharing text based instruction files here. It’s not exactly super pressing either way. They can be shared anywhere. This is also the only real forum for these devices that’s worth coming too. You’ll probably come here shortly after buying one, so it should be as inviting to a “average joe” audience as possible.
The real issue is collecting money through patreon and gumroad which both restrict loli and NSFW content respectively. Gumroad is considerably more lax on what is sold their, so they might be fine with being used to pay for server costs even if the site is nsfw, but with Patreon, loli wasn’t to slide anyway. Patreon is strict enough, that I would argue that any mention that loli was ever permitted or shared here should be scrubbed.
So Eroscripts is officially dead. Anyone got recommendations for alternative sites who doesn’t bow down to censorship?
I personally don’t give a half a toot what happens, who does it, or the reasons behind it.
People aren’t going to stop making this sort of content, and the people who enjoy this content will always find a way to get it.
Killing one platform will only result in the creation of another (or several).
