Please tell me what popular devises, players, scripter apps, et cetera, are there, so I can poll them out

For devices should probably include vibrators, prostate massagers(lovense edge and edge 2), cockrings, vorze cyclone(i think is the name)(which is more of a jp used device)

I guess keon would fall under launch? would probably say its different since og launch is out of production and the current ones being sold are manual only afaik.

Players: vr headset is more of the device that we use to watch rather than the player itself. Intiface is more of a software that connect to the devices and probably wouldn’t be considered a player. deovr, whirligig, heresphere are the most common vr players that i know of.

For Players there certainly are XTPlayer and Scriptplayer.

For Scripting Apps there are a lot of possibilities and it depends on the level you want to poll on. The first differentiation would be a tool like OpenFunScripter or JoyFunScripter which are almost like mini-environments for funscript creation. I know that there are people who use Blender to manually generate scripts from scratch. Also there are plugins especially for OFS or Blender.

Secondly there are (half-)automated generation tools like Scriptplayer.VideoSync (good for beatmeters), Funscript Generator or Funscript Dancer (both from Audio) and there are more recent and more sophisticated tools like MTFG or even AI powered tools like this or over on faptap.

And then there are tools that modify a script like FunHalver/FunExpander or funscript.io.

This list isn’t extensive, yet depending on how you want to conduct the poll, maybe it’ll help complete the list.

mosa and AyvastrokerLite are great webUI for testing TCode devices. Think they can add into the Players category :slight_smile:

  • stash – i have settled on this
  • xbvr – seems more vr focused and more focused on studio porn. most of my porn is true homemade and i imagine not uploaded with money in mind. i couldn’t even figure out how to get it to scan my content lol.

Scripter apps:

  • maybe include the various handy-specific sleeves. i would honestly be curious to see which of handy’s official sleeves are the most popular.

also, as an extra category, how about “mounting options” like hands3 by abduli which has variants for handy and some other devices as well.

A player that some people use is Dankelheit.
It does multiple devices with several connection methods (bluetooth and wi-fi) and script formats (funscript and csv).

I’m preparing the definite 2025 poll here

I’ve collected all the stuff I’m interested in as a consumer (i.e. what devices and players people use - so I can make purchace decitions and have a place with hotlinks

  • What would scripters be interested to see? Current list is from a users point. You may ping in some scripters for discussion on the point
  • What polls should be anonymous? Or, rather, which ones could allow thenselves not to be?
  • Could you pin the poll (not this thread, the actual poll) for a couple weeks for more voters?

I plan to keep polls open for a year ond then close them so we have a snapshot of the ecosystem in 2025
Should I limit it to trust level 1 to allow newbies to see the answers immediately or that’s too high?

Hmm, I think I need to add “how good is multiaxis”, maybe ever per-axis, so users know if it worths to buy and scripters know if it worths to script
